city’s play style will benefit us, diaz, darwin and salah are the best attack in the league especially on the counter, we only struggle to score when teams sit back and defend but city wont do that, i also think the system theyve been playing with basically a front 5 infront of rodri will benefit us hugely cus i have a feeling pep will bottle it a little and start one of kovacic or nunes over bernardo so theyre defensively slightly better and itll mess up the flow theyve gotten into

We've heard since January how Liverpool were going to fall apart- missing Salah, VVD getting injured, Robertson out for more than 2 months, the midfield wrought with injury, Allison out injured, Trent out for 2 months, other injuries all over the place- all of these injuries happening at the same time, sometimes having to field half a team of kids against top half teams... and yet- we keep on winning- and winning home and away with massive margins.
The only loss we've seen apart from Spurs earlier in the season(we was robbed of course- everyone knows it), was against Arsenal- and we've had 1 draw since January if I'm correct.
Liverpool are in no way "weakened". We're actually in a much better position now with returning players than we were in January and February! So, we're just going to continue trying to win every game.
On paper, squad depth and just level of players at every position, City should win comfortably.
But Liverpool have a punchers chance especially at home.

Also, irrespective of what one has done at the beginning of a season. You have to look at what he's been doing lately. Up until his injury, he was one of the league's in-form players. He was confident, clinical and a work horse. He was causing fear amongst the league's defences. So it's only fair to view Hojlund as a genuine threat going forward. It took him a while, but now he is starting to fulfil his potential.

van dijks lost 1 prem game for liverpool in 6 years and that loss was with a terrible midfield and forward line, if any team is gonna beat us of course its city but im shocked at people having them as favourites with that stat. We do have a few injuries but we have just 3 starters out now, the fitness of the starters could be a factor and lack of a bench but with the players we have i dont see how we’re not favourites at anfield. I do think a draw is the most likely outcome cus i see us both scoring a couple goals and as soon as its a draw in the 80th minute i think both teams will be terrified of losing so theyll play it safe
