Prem refereeing being such a low standard has made people and players believe dives like this are pens. We've seen time after time Diaz, Jota, Szoboszlai, Sterling, Mudryk, Madueke, Elliot all dive and get pens because of English refs. At least the CL has some standard of refereeing.
What is a penalty then? Neuer put in a challenge, got none of the ball, made contact with the ball carrier to deny a goal scoring opportunity in the box. People are talking like Saka was running at Neuer, Neuer was running at Saka and Saka was cutting away from Neuer. If this isn't a penalty then no one ever has a right to complain about a no penalty call ever. Its a text book case really.

You can’t just have attackers running into goalkeepers and then winning penalties for it. It has to be the goalkeeper fouling the attacker, not the other way around, obviously
Kicking the Goalkeepers leg is not a penalty, what is a penalty is the Defender picking the ball up in the area after a goal kick is taken, something the Arsenal fans are not mentioning.
