    Well presented mate. A great selection . I have the A560 & love the quality of Radio link. I feature the A560 on my channel with various camera mounts that show off the 3D. Thank you for your input🦘🇦🇺🪃

    Thanks - I have quite a few of these love the flying fish most of all, but perhaps not a beginner plane. Use to come with twin 1105 5500kv motors which on 4s made for a rocket ship. New seem to have 1105 4000kv. Still plenty of performance but those old 5500kv's made it a real cloud buster. Assume the 4000kv's have more torque? may be I should try some larger props...thanks again. Wish they'd do a brushless of the sport cub...that airframe flys beautifully

    • @tinkerzlab
      @tinkerzlab  2 месяца назад

      I didn't realize they changed motors but I would think the 4000kv would indeed have more torque.
      That Flying Fish is such a great flying plane.

    Great list, Tony. I've got several of those sub-250g planes and very much enjoy them as well. The XK P-51 is my night-stang. Use it for a cheap night flyer that lights up the sky!
    Question for you on the Radiolink D460 Turbot. What size 3s battery are you using? I fly it with the stock 2s battery (800 mah) and some similar sized Liperior 2s batteries that I picked up. But I usually find that most flying wings benefit greatly from extra nose weight, which I like to accomplish by using a larger battery. A 3s just might be perfect here. Thank you!

      Thanks! I have a blast with all those planes.
      I use these LIPOs with an XT30 > JST Adapter:
      Tattu 3S1P 650mAh 75C Lipo with XT30 Plug: amzn.to/43OZkTn
      2pcs GNB 3S 550mAh 80C LIPO with XT30 Plug: amzn.to/3mMsQbM
      3pcs XT30 / XT-30 Male to JST Adapter: amzn.to/3IBPomY
      I like it with a neutral balance so I use 5g tail ballast weight when flying with these 3S LIPOs.
      If you like it a bit nose heavy you may be good without the tail ballast weight.

    Only thing I don’t like bout the a280 is the paint is peeling off on canopy and the sides close to lights

    • @tinkerzlab
      @tinkerzlab  2 месяца назад

      Yes, peeling paint seems to be an issue with a lot of these planes.

    Can’t wait to see what you test out on that eachine warbird and I’m interested if it will handle a 3s stock with a 6x3 or 6x4.5

      Some of the test props worked very well indeed ;-)
      I'm not sure if it will handle 3S stock.
      It may be one where they pump the full LIPO voltage into the board.

    • @tinkerzlab
      @tinkerzlab  2 месяца назад

      I like it better but it depends mostly on how you like to fly.
      I like the Eachine P51D 500mm because it has full manual mode and flies very well in that mode with a Hobby-Grade TX.
      The XK P51D only has the 3D Mode so you always have Gyro input.
      Those who prefer some Gyro stabilization will probably prefer the XK P51D.

      Hum...you may not realize this but this is a list of the best planes in which I've performed a review.
      How can I rate a plane I've never flown?
      Have e-Flite send me some planes to review and then I'll see how they stack up.
