Monster Clay is an oil based clay and cannot be hardened. You can leave it like this or make molds and cast it.
HOLY COW!!!
When I opened the video I thought this was gonna be just some quick random sculpture of the dragon but that is so wicked! That must have taken so long and has such great attention to detail! Awesome work! I'm definitely going to watch more of your videos!!!
@@CraftyArt so it never hardens at all?
@@seniorpz1969 not like polymer clay, but at room temperature it's relativly hard. I was using Monster Clay hard grade for this.
Only to know how much effort you put on it, and the care you gave to it, if you have to sell it, which would be the price?
Best dragon sculpture I have seen so far hands down. You’re amazing!! Making me wanna get into clay sculpting
Thank you so much!! I'm glad if I inspired you. I'd say go for it! 👍
Same
Same
I think it's a wyvern
Hollow u r correct :)
I see it but I can't believe my eyes. This is true art. Congratulations
I really just don’t have words for how astonishingly beautiful this piece is, i just say hands down one of the best clay creations I’ve ever seen. Truly talented and an amazing artist.
I don't know why but it reminds me of chocolate
rolling pins with little stones on them.. that was brilliant! you just roll that texture like a paint roller and boom, done. wow. Must.... remember....
It's actually a stamp with pits in it. I must make a few stamps now, I am working on a lot of furry paleo creatures and breaking my brain (and hands) spending weeks carving individual hairs...
@@Aethuviel oh dang, Dinosaurs, especially Dromeosaurids have such a variety of body textures. Good on you for learning alternative methods than hand sculpting everything
I saw the thumbnail and I thought "Wow, someone 3D-modeled this on a computer, I need to watch this."
*Clicks on video*
*Not even 5 seconds later*
"Hold up, this was modeled by hand with clay?!"
Massive compliments to you, I kept thinking to myself about how much patience you must have while doing all of those details.
Thank you very much for the input!!
Takes a lot of time but I do it cause I love it. I think patience is if you can't wait to get to the outcome. I enjoy the process more than the outcome, so I don't see it as patience. That makes it easier for me
How in the world it's that 3D modeled
Its literally written on the thumbnail: sculpting dragon
From game of thrones
Rol Div if u read his comment carefully he says he saw the thumbnail and thumbnail only, next time read before u say something.
YoNatsu you'd better think before you respond to somebody's comments.. do you really think he never saw the title? it's obvious he just made this up,
paul What? I also initially thought this was 3d modeled
you deserve so much more views for your AMAZING job !
GameSquad I agree
I suffer from some mental health issues, and your videos are very calming and make me feel a little better. Thank you for all the effort you put in your incredible work, both creating the figures and editing and sharing these videos
The game of thrones dragons are legit the best designed in cinematic history
If we ever see Balerion the Black Dread animated like Drogon and Co., my life will be complete
So true. Im so disappointed on the last season of GoT, they ruined it. But this sculpture is Amazing♥️
Wyvern are still dragon’s
*sobs in smaug*
@Nicholas Ford OH MY GOD! I'm tired of people saying this! Wyverns are still Dragons! But in this case
Drogon, Rheagal and Viserion are actual Dragons, even said multiple times in the damn show
The reason why they are of the Wyvern design is because it's actually more realistic as George RR Martin said that's why they're like designed that way
6 limbed Dragons would be impossible to exist in the real world as every other vertebrate creature aside from fish and marine mammals, have 4 limbs
If Dragons were real they would most likely follow that same evolutionary design
The sheer magnitude of detail in this project is ridiculous. Incredible work, my dude.
i can only hope to one day reach your artistic skill level. Marvelous, breathtaking, and truly perfect. Thank you for sharing
I wouldn't say perfect but thank you for your kind words. It comes with practice, do this enough and one day you will reach and exceed it.
You will get there some day, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, maybe not even this year, but you will at some point.
This is THE best non-official GOT work I've ever seen, hands down, by far, not even in the same ballpark kind of work. I envy and congratulate your skill.
Such a delicate process, the attention level to the detail is by far the best i've ever seen in the dragon theme sculpting. Absolutely love it
absolutely amazing I love it your incredibly talented it’s the best I’ve seen the detail is awesome
ROMÂNIA /🦇🦇🦇🦇🦇 👌
Looks good in the thumbnail - but when you see the hands, and get a sense of the actual scale of the model.... WOW
I've never been blown away by a sculpture until now. This is incredible
Incredible work! The countless hours spent building your skill shows.
My mind can’t even fathom the amount of time working on every tiny detail you managed to fit in. This is amazing
Not even professionals could make something as detailed and textured as this. You Are Amazing. Please don't stop making such great sculptures
Потрясающая работа!!! большое спасибо за прекрасный мастер-класс!!! ВСЕМ ВСЕХ БЛАГ!!!
The amount of detail that you put into these sculptures is just astonishing.
Thank you very much! I'm doing my best
I love how most of the detailing on this sculpt it basically just scratch the shit out of it
Восхищаюсь! Восторгаюсь! Мастер суперский,я влюбилась в Вашы работы!!!
Un-bloody-believable!
I watched it at half speed so I could see you work properly. You really have a true gift
Just one word...MAGNIFIQUE!!
The detail you put into this sculpture is downright amazing. I swear I can almost see it move and breathe. I subscribed to your channel because of this.
Madcat4301 me too
Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!
He must fall in love with his dragon to create such an impressive skulpture. Please post this video slower, to enjoy every step of this amazing art!
The amount of hard work and patience you put in your work inspire respect and humility.
Hands down 👍👍👍
This came at the perfect time! Thinking of doing a dragon of my own and yours came out brilliantly! Love seeing the process.
Thank you very much! Good luck with your project!
Absolutely awesome, satisfying to watch and also a brilliant outcome!
Every work I have seen of urs random or fictional is amazing it's like bringing a detailed drawing to life great job on ur work
I’m a huge Game of Thrones fan, and you executed this beautifully. Great job!
The details, the texture, it looks amazing!! A true masterpiece!!! Great job as always!! What did you use for the spikes and the teeth (I'm really curious)?
Thank you so much!! I made the teeth and spikes with Super Sculpey and baked them to harden.
@@CraftyArt Thank you so much!
@@CraftyArt how did you get them so small?!
Every little detail is perfected, this is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen in my life! I’m stunned, true beauty at it’s finest
Oh wow thank you so much!!
Great work! I also want to challenge such a work. Does this clay harden over time? Or do you stay much softer?
Old reply but wanted to share info; monster clay is somewhat-soft still at room temp(still able to be sculpted for detailing etc) but is softer at warmer temps
This also depends on what Grade is used
But all in all its mainly a reusable clay
@@falkiiyes and that makes it good for moulding as well. But sculpting with this stuff almost make me nervous because it can’t cure so what if it gets destroyed lol
Incredible. And the the details on it are astonishing. An incredible piece of art
Great sculpture!
That texture roll is like the traditional version of copy + paste. :')
When I saw the thumbnail I thought the dragon was larger. But wow .. It has tiny teeth and so!
Awesome work!
You are incredible. I've watched this 3 times already. So impressed. Thanks for sharing your art with the world.
Judging from the thumbnail, with all of the detail, I honestly expected this to be a lot bigger. All the more impressive that all of that detail is so tiny. Really, really nice job.
Fantastic work, man. A hell of a lot better than that "other one" that's been up a while. I support good artists, friend, and you have my salute!
Thank you very much LoreCraft! Right back at you, love your videos man!
Which is the other one? Give me a hint to search lol
@@LoreCraft I just looked at your channel. You weren't lying about crushing your enemies, man... you've also got some fantastic work.
@@FriedFreya thanks, friend! Doin' what I can with what I've got :)
@@LoreCraft you can give praise to others without the need to put others down , that says more about you as a person than them ! Not nice !
Beautiful hands creates beautiful sculptures! What an amazing taken. I can sculpt a clay, but not as good as this.
This is truly AMAZING!! Can’t wait for another dragon and hope it’ll be painted.. already followed your Instagram too.. you’re such a talent, thank you for sharing this with us!
Man, you honestly have earned the privilege in my eyes to have at least a mil subs by now, hope u reach and exceed that milestone one day
It's great! Thank you for this video.
Thank you and you're welcome! :D
Amazing work, i have no words, to explain how good it looks. great job.
Thank you very much! I'm trying my best.
Como é possível alguém não dar like em uma obra de arte como essa?
É maravilhoso!
Good grief the detail... THE DETAILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!! Love it!
It's just incredibly amazing how good the body and the head are. You dont see many people who make the body of a dragon! I must say that this piece is amazing and incredibly detailed! Keep up the great work!
Thank you very much for the kind words!
I'm just specheless about this amazing job!
Обалдеть какая красота. Фантастика. Вот это мастер. Молодец!
damn.... the way you give attention to those tiny details is just mesmerizing
Was seriously expecting this to have 1M views. Incredible!
The thumbnail made me believe this was some behind the scenes from the CGI team of the actual show... This is how accurate this is
Now this is a madlad right here. I would never have the patience to do something like this.
simply amazing work. I don't understand how any of these videos where people are pouring their heart and soul into a project are getting thumbs downed.
It's amazing, it literally looks life like. Good job.
Thank you!!
Artists like you are very underrated. You deserve millions more of views. Jesus Christ, the amount of detail and work is amazing!
Every piece you make is hours and hours of hard tiny hand work and every one of your piece is so GORGEOUS!
The show may have gone down in flames, but at least we have this.
Fantastic work!
Thank you Magi, I'm glad if I could bring you any consolation.
@@CraftyArt Haha i just love how fans continuously outperform the supposed professionals, simply because they lost they passion for their own creation. I am glad you show that with patience, skill and most of all passion, beautiful works of art aren't some unattainable goal to achieve but something we could all do eventually if we set our minds to it. I will be checking out some more of your sculptures. I really love your attention to detail, like the gland in the dragon's mouth where he spews fire from. It gives me ideas for my own crafting.
Good luck with future projects to you!
I love this sculpture because I am a game of thrones fan
So beautiful!!!!! All the details, is just amazing!!!! One of the greatest videos I have come across!!!! Incredible job!
Oh my god! That's so creative, I wish I could have that.
Shut up and take my money! This is a masterwork, truly amazing.
So small yet so detailed. It is so good! You should get more subs!
This was the best detailed dragon ever . I loved it
Such an amazing wyvern sculpture, really makes me want to get into clay!
Didn't even know something complicated like this can be done in clay
i was amazed at the amount of detail. i never watched game of thrones, not even one episode. but the texture you made really made it look like dragon skin and it looked like if i touched it, it would have felt like it too. it was a joy watching your video and watching you work. thank you very much!
Thank you for your kind words!
@@CraftyArt you're welcome!
The world has blown up and I’m still watching this guy make this awesome sculpture.
Incredible this one and your Arthur
Morgan RDR sculptures are hands down my favorites
That the only relevant content that RUclips has offered me today, thanks man and keep up the good work !
What an incredible eye for detail resulting in such an amazing sculpture. What type of clay did you use for this piece?
The detailing and shaping this Artist uses is enough to make it look so easy. But it takes years to learn the techniques they use. I imagine after a few videos a person could start working in the medium and progress rather quickly if you love it enough.
MASTERFUL! The amount of detail is astounding. Incredible vid.
I hate how people throw a bucket of paint on a piece of paper and call it art. This is art.
All4onegamer sometimes that bucket of paint is used to make pictures and movies you may love
Lady Sif Guider of mankind I’m talking about a guy who straight up threw a bucket of paint onto paper
I think he was talking about abstract art XD It creates nice pieces but the effort and skill needed ain't much, at the very least very basic and probably what we all were able to make when we were 2 years old.
@@emptychannel6191 Abstract art is BS.
Yea I know. The whole "abstract" art bulshit is part of a darker industry. This is true skill expressed in physical form.
By the amount of detail I expected the sculpt to be bigger, wow, you deserve way more subscribers, this is amazing
I SWEAR THIS WAS SO RELAXING TO WATCH AND THE SCULPTURE WAS MIND BLOWING I LOVE THE PASSION AND HARD WORK THAT WENT INTO YOUR WORK U ARE AMAZINGLY GIFTED THANK U FOR THIS I LOVE DRAGONS 🐉 AND THE GAME OF THRONES DRAGON DESIGN IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST THERE IS THIS WAS REALLY A BLESSING TO WATCH
INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love Game of Thrones and didn't read the title, but immediately recognised its from GoT!! Amazing!!!
Truly amazing so many details.
This sculpture is awesome. Really good job ;)
This sculpture is beautiful. It really shows drogon's fury
The amout of work and time this man just put into the work of art is astonishing. Keep up the awesome work!!

This is so cool! I have no words to describe how amazed i am😍 You deserve more recognition. This is amazing, i loved it!:))))
Crazy good! I loved the way you added skin texture!
Someone may have already asked this, but what was the meshing you used for the wings? It's incredible!
Amazing job!
This is FANTASTIC! thank you for sharing your amazing talent
Низкий поклон мастеру , за такой труд и удачи в вашем деле !!!
Until I see it fly it doesn't impress me! lol! Jk! I was like WOW! That is truly amazing dude! Great Job and an awesome tribute to GOT! Thank you for sharing your amazingly wonderful God-given talent!
Me: oh wow the head is looking super detailed!
Me (later in the video): oh... more spikes on the head? Wow!
Me (later again): mOrE sPiKeS
Your work is just mind blowing! You must have the patience of a Saint! Thank you for mesmerising me. ❤️
Guess I should have read the description, super sculpey for the back spikes. That is hands down the best dragon sculpt I've ever seen.
It really is satisfying watching you bring clay to life. Truly amazing how the smallest details don't escape you.
P.S. How TF can ANYONE not appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into this?!
I feel like a modified tatoo-g un would make the stipling easier for someone of this high skill level.
Or a hand held sewing machine? You know the ones used more for fixing stitching and hems 'on the go'.
Hi. As an artist I found this video very satisfying to watch! Awesome work and much appreciated!
Gorgeous gorgeous work, truly awesome to behold.
.... I can make a snowball.
