The food i cook improved so much watching Gennaro i made a restaurant. Hes not only a great cook, he has such energy and specially such a great sense of humor! you can do so much with pasta bakes, the other day I even made a rice bowl and used roasted eggplant as a topping, it was delicious :)

I would put the mozzarella( the one inside) on the bottom so that it would come to the top after it is turned over it would melt through the spaghetti
