I just started watching the two of you the last couple of weeks. I’m in cancer treatment and sometimes I’m pretty down. But if I need a Pick me up, I know exactly where to come .How the hales did I not find you a long time ago? My grandfather was from Germany and we had Ka nives, ka nocked on the door, ka now. Man, would love to just get some storage units to find that cool stuff not even for profit. So many cool knives and weapons hidden in them!
My son would love the unit you bought! Magic cards, Pokeman etc... Wow!!! Those Magic cards are worth a bunch. Take them to a collectors store.
George you found a great unit to buy. I think that fireplace mantel is a great deal. Of course it is a lot of work to move, but you will find a buyer for it. Keep making these awesome videos, I love to watch what you find in your treasure hunting.
A messy unit is sometimes the most profitable unit because you can get it cheap and there is usually a few things worth selling in any unit.
If a unit is going for $1-$5, TAKE IT! I use to make a killing on those.
It can be a pain if you don't have the transport needed to haul 90% of it to the dump. For someone with a smaller car it might be less viable to buy a bunch of $1-$5 half full lockers just for the chance that somewhere under the old newspapers, broken lawn chairs, and old blankets, there might be something worth more than the locker.

They didn't use it as a dumpster. The owners of the storage company pod through it and grabbed all the values. Happens every time. The storage unit isn't worth 10 bucks
I now see why you will bid and buy only 1% of units. A lot of junk out there. Fun to watch Jeremy and George find the money piece and bid. PS..how many swords does Georgie have. You could do a video on that. Lots of love from Boston Ma.

All the Native American stuff would pay for the unit alone. I loved the knife or dagger is what most call them. In this area their are a lot of people who buy that kind of stuff fast.
I think George ought to become an Auctioneer She has the Talent for it. Just needs to get in front of people to get her courage up.

The bull looked more like alabaster not glass. I could be wrong, but carved alabaster is worth a lot of $$$ Lol! Keep up the great work guys!!
I used to get beautiful grey and white alabaster behind the kissing camel formation in Garden Of The Gods in Colorado Springs.

I can just about guarantee that if they aren't in a folder, they aren't worth shit. MtG is great and all, but if you're not playing vintage, your cards are either double sleeved/in a folder or they're trash.

My two favorite people I’m so mad I’ve got addicted to watching you guys now I’ve been looking at auctions all over figuring out what is best for me... what the hales am I thinking have enough with two jobs a 12 13 14 year old all in crazy sports but hey what’s one more thing right!!
Get the kids to help with one unpacking and finds...at least one will decide it's cool and stay on the hunt with you. Be sure you have storage for your finds and the ability to scrap metals nearby. Good luck.

The Native American ka-nife...Actually looks like a hand crafted smaller dagger.. Jeremy and George is it 9.25 siver it looks it.And the craftmanship is beautiful..I truely think you guys should get that checked out...I also love the lil Native American figurines.The white Bengal tiger is adorable.(was that painted on a rock ?) Its so weird how the finding themes work...happens to so many people who thrift, buy storage units, and dumpster dive. For no reason, you start finding the same things in each unit, dumpster, sale, etc. This month, its Magic Cards for you :)

What's to stop the managers or owners of these units from going in ahead of the auction and high grading out any valuables before they ever open them to the public... I don't mean fine toothed comb obviously there is not time but just grab the jewelry box the new electronics, the nicest furniture etc... ? I been wondering about that.

Many moons ago I made a quilt out of Crown Royal bags and I don't even drink it. But I can tell you the white ones are very rare.
The bull at 25:00 is very likely an opal stone “Onyx hand carved made in Mexico”. Valued between 50 and 100 dollar. Onyx is the brand name.

The magic cards are good. I always sell a full Large Flat rate Priority mail box full of them on Ebay for around $350 each. So nice score once you go through to see if there are any rare ones.

Question, how do you profit out of these ? Like where do you sell them or to who?
Going through Magic cards is pretty easy- just look at the expansion symbol on the mid-right of the card and make a note of what color the symbol is. You're looking for silver (uncommon), gold (rare), and red (epic).

An easy way to move the Fireplace Mantel. Use the flat carts on wheels you have found in other units. Cut a piece of 3/4” Plywood to cover the hole in the middle. Then you can put each end of the Mantle on a cart and wheel it to the trailer. Then lift into trailer. Put carts back underneath to where you want it in the trailer. Those carts are excellent for moving heavy furniture. If I could do this I would carry 2 of them with me to all the Auctions. George is Right, is little short women are a lot stronger than we look. Lol

Great buy and the remote control cars sell good for the older big kids and my ex husband still has his play toys. Some of the wolf related figurines can sell good. I have a lot of wolf and indian ceramics and resin stautues. Good luck on the Magic cards and Pokemon cards my oldest granddaughters sells a lot of those cards on ebay.
Do storage units take the good stuff before auctioning them off? They look like someone was already rummaging through them.

Look for Black Lotus card....that would be the one that will make huge profit. I used to collect them, sad to have gotten rid of them. But when you have to provide for your family, sacrifices has to be made.

Someone tell those "auctioneers" that it looks pretty ridiculous to go full speed talk only to move the bid backwards and end up with no sale or a few bucks.
I hope you gave the evidence of a killer to the police! I don't know if you mark where the items come from, but you could save someone's life turning evidence in.

Guys the last box with the alcohol and figurines were a box of things from an altar. Notice the spiritual figurines and the alcohol is the offering. I hope you guys put that stuff somewhere safe & sacred! Idk how someone could of left that behind.

I believe those blocks are CEMENT BLOCKS, which are a lot heavier than cinder blocks. Then comes Haydite blocks which are a lot lighter because they pump air into the cement as they build the block. No expert though.
