19:15 that airline is called Iberia Express. It is a Spanish airline homebase at Madrid airport.
787 cockpit is Modern
KnirpsApollo 213 it certainly is! The first flight of the 787 was in December 2009, and so it is still a relatively new aircraft 😊
The 787 nose kind of reminds the A350

Is almost the same as the 777x and the Max 737 cockpits is inspired on the 787

I really loved the video, when I was younger I used to fly a lot on FS9. I had fspassengers and created my own company, created my own liveries for the PMDG 737ng... I wish to buy this in the future, resume playing and have my company again with 737 Max and 787, would be awesome. Great video

We all use as much runway as we can, its called an de-rate and assumed temp dep. Preserves engine life. Obviously performance dependant

great vid, love the QW787, done about 30 flights with it already, very addictive but even this aircraft has its bordem limit..lol, new purchase today of the Level D 767, test flight went great and i really like it, doesnt beat the 787 though, NEVER...

MrYorkiesWorld I would love to see that. I own the MD-80x for FSX and P3D v4 and it is hands down one of my absolute all time favorite aircraft for flight simulator.
It’s definitely something I’ll be getting - I’ve seen a lot of videos of this aircraft and it’ll also widen my knowledge a bit as well into some new aircraft! :)

In fact the cargo bins would be either airline services or if Menzies aviation have pulled there finger out and bought airlines services it would have Menzies on it

Thanks very much! In the 787 I use 2xSSAO, but normally I tone this down to 8xMSAA - the 787 needs a bit more Anti Aliasing than other aircraft. I also find that using FXAA can help as well :)

1st what P3D do I buy as I looked on P3D web page and it has lost of different options.
2nd is P3D better than fsx?

Thank you very much! P3D has different licenses depending on what you’ll be using it for. I personally use the Academic License.
In terms of which is best - P3D is the better option as it runs in a 64-bit environment compared to 32-bit FSX

I'd consider it in the future, however the only reason I don't do that right now is because I have a 1-year-old son, and so I need to be there for him etc... When he's a little older I will probably go ahead and start VATSIM! :) And thanks very much for that, it's a handy tip - at least I wont be confused the next time I hear it! lol

However in regards to landing, PMI has a preferential runway system which allows runway 24R to be used on ATC request in order to accelerate arrival traffic 😊

How did you fix the issue with GSX?
I just reset GSX and it worked. For some reason it seems to be an on-going problem in the Sim as of late.
I'm new to "flying" but when the AP did not do what you expected, do you not go to rule 1? (Rule 1: Fly the aircraft)
I certainly do - the number one rule will always be to fly the aircraft even in the event of a failure. For example even if an engine fails it’s important to remember that the aircraft is designed to withstand it, and designed to allow you to fly it manually in the event of an autopilot failure etc... it’s one of the main things I’ve remembered since learning to fly virtual aircraft, and if I ever did learn to fly physical ones it would certainly be equally as important !
It’s always best to first see if issues with the Autopilot can be resolved before taking manual control - it might simply be an incorrect FMC entry or an error in the flight plan for example - things like this can usually be resolved quite quickly and you can go back to flying without any issues on the Autopilot control 😊
i really wants to try p3d but i am stuck on fs2004 as i spent well over £2k over the years
you mentioned that tui are using their 78's for short haul use. Air New Zealand also has a few of their 78's flying domestic routes as they have had major issues with their RR Trent series engines of which the company has put use to them for short haul in the interim. Without ETOPS they are useless really.
What "joystick" are you using?

I think the 787 is a fantastic aircraft. It has a lot of different features and a wide variety of flight possibilities. I would definitely recommend it to anyone :)

I assume you are not using PTA shades? That explains why your wing textures load so quickly without any lag..
I do use PTA in my sim, although I have other tweaks to prevent the black textures and texture loading issues - the only issue with that is the black textures and loading issues do still sometimes happen occasionally - I've found that deleting my shaders before each flight tends to help a lot :)
Hey mate I can confirm the scenery does look realistic,you didnt see much buildings since you were landing on the 24 RWYS not the 06S.So hence why you coudlnt really see much since the main city etc was on the other side.The buildings in the scenery can be quite small too so they are hard to see.Personally I think the scenery is much better than the orbx open lc one.I have provided a link showing pics from what it looked like at the other side near RWYS 06 imgur.com/a/cU1YIBY Also you may fancy turning your autogen settings up since this could be a factor,I turn mines up but only keep them like they are in my pic when I am flying into one of the Balearic Islands or out of them.I hope this helps =) imgur.com/a/dyGqMMb
