A bit of a stretch, but tons of Normal moves involve loud sounds, which are scary to many. And if I was walking through the woods and the plants started walking I'd be scared. And a lot of weapons, blades, and scary machinery are made of steel. Jokes aside, I think if Ghosts count as a fear, Dragons should too, and if the Dark counts, Water and Flying should.

This was my first pokemon game and has a special place in my heart. I remember getting to the Elite Four with my team (which was teh fire type starter boosted into godhood, and one or two other ok for their level pokemon, the others were trash) and it took me like 4 hours to beat them. IDK how many heals I used on my pokemon, but it was probably enough to fill a pool. But when I won, wow it felt good.
