Anyway, its about time Black Hat got another song so why not have him brag about his superiority to the other villains that he is CN's Greatest Criminal Mind!

Originally I made a HMV of this song starring Black Hat and Professor Ratigan. I also had Lil Gideon (Gravity Falls) as the mouse that calls Ratigan a “Rat” and the Indominus Rex as Felicity.
