WOW. This is like a MASTERCLASS packed into a RUclips Video. How is this free?? Love it!! Thank you for sharing bro. Took notes. Loved the story structure examples!
Man, I have been researching creation information on RUclips for two months on various famous channels, but the quality of content I have seen in this free video is totally crazy, thank you very much for sharing this information + the template for all of us who are new creators, you gained a new subscriber,
Vanity metrics would follow. Right now, the source of my motivation are comments from people like you who see value in this content. Having said that, do not forget to download the FREE ebook!
Not sure if you’re going to see this but a video idea could be you walking us through step by step on an editing software what it took to make this video
I adore your content! You are the only channel for which I have a bell. I would love to maybe get some insight into your editing, like maybe a cheat sheet for creators in how to edit visuals and stuff. I almost never find them on creator channels. Anyways amazing videos keep up the good work!
awesome dude! (: this is your second video i'm watching and i really love the way you explain things, simple yet deep, great! :D To answer your question: source for my content, as i run a niche warframe gaming channel, is simply the game itself; playing it and being creative sometimes i see what other youtubers are doing, but you can't copy that as they're already doing it. I don't actually script my videos at all, i rely entirely on my knowledge and just free flow what i feel is interesting... until now. if i might offer one piece of unsolicited advice: pump up the volume of your voice, because the music seems a little louder than your voice in parts
5:38 only lacks tone of voice!!!!!!! such great advice!! Most people forget that this is one of THE MOST crucial, (yes i know thats important times two), considering ur voice tone is so important!!
Absolutely! Frankly, there will be rare times when your content is truly unique but your tone of voice, the way you deliver and connect with your audience will ALWAYS be unique to you.
Thank you for making this video, it was exactly what I was looking for 🙏 It would be interesting to know more about the softwares that you are using for video editing etc in your next video.
That's a great suggestion, I will add it to my list. At a high level, I use Final Cut Pro, CapCut and PowerPoint. Yes, PowerPoint! Lol. Each software is better at certain aspects of editing. So I keep switching around.
@@CreatorTalkYT I think like a brief intro on story structures would be great with like most common types on story structures and which structure is use where

Sound was a bit off with this one, it felt shallow in comparison to the other two videos. But the material in the video was very good. Thanks for making content!
@@CreatorTalkYTI guess I liked the idea of one being able to make money off of videos really motivated me. But these far fetched ambitions burnt me out very quickly. I actually spent like 13 hours on a video and was half way through finishing it when I quit. This was my first video lol. Also, trying to edit such a high quality piece really exhausted me, and felt like a chore half the time, and I felt like I could’ve spent so much time doing other things. So yeah that is kinda why
thanks for the video, i'm strugglling to learn how to script my explainer videos more effectively and this is very helpful. But the background music is a bit too loud and distracting though.
Hey, I noticed a few viewers made this comment. I will definitely do a better job with sound levels next time around. Thanks a lot for pointing it out! :)
A while back I started using the "hero's journey" as a structure for my videos, and it's amazing how much it helps me plan and reduce my vids! As a future topic: How would you apply this to unscripted content, such as live events or let's play content?
@@CreatorTalkYT I mean that I'm recording gameplay that doesn't have a predetermined outcome (especially multiplayer, or skill-based challenges). I don't know whether I'll win or lose, and I don't know what exciting moments will happen between the start and the end. Hey. Listicle is the simplest structure. Think about how Buzzfeed writes most of its articles. An example of that could be... Topic: 9 places you need to visit in London this summer. This is a listicle because all 9 ideas (elements) that will be presented under this topic will be independent of the other. Typically, people confuse the listicle structure with the sequential structure. However, the main difference between the two is that the elements within the sequential will be incomplete without the mention of the other ideas. Let me know if this helps.
