Hey Ameriie! I just purchased Everything Everything, The Vegetarian, and Glass Sword today! I'm super uber excited to begin reading these! We have similar taste in books so I appreciate your honest opinions and recommendations as well as being able to say just enough on describing the book without spoiling it. I'm also a HUGE fan of your music and I cannot wait for your new album! It is 3am in the Midwest but I'm up reading Everything Everything while playing All I Have on a loop in the background. Nixed The Nix a few weeks ago. SO GEWD!
Started A Conjuring of Light (latest of the Gathering of Shadows). Also. SO GEWD! I intentionally didn't finish cuz once I got to the final 50 pages, I felt like the only way this story would end, is w a cliff hanging segue into another book. My heart isn't ready.
Now I'm palate cleansing w a few comic books. Black Monday Murders (bloody kinda noir w lots of world building and info dumping. It's gonna pay off I feel), Jonesy (If Scott Pilgrim were a Hispanic girl kinda deal), and Trees (something about aliens...I'm not there yet -_-'). Pachinko def seems like a plausible next move w all this super natural I have going on. Thanks for the tip. Good luck on all your projects🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀! HAPPY READING FOLKS!!!!!

I'm reading An Anxious Wave by Mo Daviau. It's been a relatively quick read and combines music and concerts and love of music with sci-fi and time travel. It's an interesting read and I'm really enjoying it :)

Read Dark Eden which was quick and interesting. Now Im Reading Dr. Sleep (aka The Shining 2) and it's a creepy sci-fi tale. it's pretty good!

Anyway, books... I really want to read The Nix, I've heard Meryl Streep is going to be the adaptation which is exciting. I need to read it. Sounds like a big character led chunkster which having been lost in The Sport of Kings, sounds perfect. I'd forgotten how much I love getting lost in a big epic. Pachinko is another must read for me, David at The Poptimist's review made me almost bin off everything to run to it. Just got to finish all the Baileys longlist first. Sounds like you're having some corking reads amongst the business. Hooray.

Hi Amerie, just want tell that i'm completely dissapointed of Queen of Shadows of Throne of glass series, Sarah J.Mass completely destroy the main caracter; Celaena Sardothien and i'm really not into it anymore. The first 3 books was so good especially "Crown of Midnight". I think now it's a complete waist.

Carlyne Yokeelee Jean Jacques hey ! I think you are referring to " middle grade. Those are fiction books whose audience typically is younger than young adult. I think they are aimed at children between the ages of 8-12.
