This video shows the complete painting process to my continuous line urban sketch from my home town of Taunton. Kit used: Derwent Inktense paint pans and waterbrush
Your kind of art is that kind where someone not willing to be open for it could say "Nah, I could do that, too". But there's so much balancing with colors going on. It takes quite some practice and experience to achieve such brilliant compositions. I totally love it. And I love how many detailed brush strokes go into your paintings. Thanks for the videos, thanks for your art!
Have loved your work for some years and have wanted to achieve something like it but I have always failed as I just do a neat little line drawing and wash. Just took a deep breath and did a couple of continuous line drawings of Venice and let the paint run free and it was very satisfying. Thanks for the inspiration
Hey I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I've been watching and at first I honestly didn't understand your style but then it clicked. Your style is amazing and beautiful so keep going love your work
I absolutely love your style and am trying my hand at it as a brand new painter. Each of your videos I have watched (just a few) I noticed that you use Derwent Inktense rather than more standard watercolor. Would you mind sharing your reasoning? What is it that you like about Inktense? Thanks!

Fantastico! Sei bravissimo😍
LOVELY! Can you kindly share the details of the paper that you are painting on that can hold so much water?
Certainly. This is a Moleskine Art watercolour book. They are superb quality.
I love your way of drawing and how you use color. You are amazing.

I use the Inktense paints as they fade a little less and don’t deteriorate with additional layers.
Thanks! @@NeilWhiteheadArtist

Thank you. This is Derwent Inktense paper. 👌
