      Madam i was hvng weight 102 and i took herbal nutrition I reduced 23 kgs and i stopped after 2 years again my weight raised 7 to eight kgs in my normal food is it advisable to take herbal nutrition mam pls suggest.

    I lost 7 kg in a month..I had breakfast and lunch.. little quantity..full of protein.. night only fruits.. walking for 1 hour daily..I feel so good 😊

    5:09 this dietician telling intermittent fasting is not evidence based diet. But “mechanism of autophagy concept won noble prize in medicine (2016) and mechanism of circadian rhythm won noble prize in medicine (2017)” - combining these too concepts favours intermittent fasting for optimal health.

    Doctor is many times told for height and weight both of calculate by the BMI ...but the anchor was not accepting often to often she is not good for achor ... Doctor mam are clearly explained the diet ....

      ​@@anbuammu2 It depends on body. I am following for the past 8 months but lost only 7.5kg in this journey. I follow 16:8 IF everyday, May be in a month 2-3 days I will not fast but facing irregular menstural cycle. For the past 3 months, I didn't get periods. It depends on the body.

      @@s.haricharan-8tha996 I stop the sugar and sugar content items. evening before 7 pm, I will have my dinner with chicken, fish, or eggs with rice or any wheat items along with the salad. Stop the red meat (mutton and beef).
      Morning, I will have the coffee without milk and sugar.
      Around 12 pm, I will have my lunch sandwich or any light meal with fruits.
      Drink plenty of water during the day..
      This is my diet plan for me, and I reduced 8kg within 2 months.

    Intermittent fasting will not suitable for all health complications .. and this is not a diet pattern this is only help to reduce weight... The main problem is if a person reduce their weight some kgs in a short time after that to maintain the reduced kgs is the main problem so many people reduce the weight in some duration after they return their regular lifestyle again they regain their weight

      *Weight Machine*
      Breakfast :
      Pachapayir, Thattapayir, sundal, beans, black beans, kollu, mochakotta, any pairu vagai
      Night oora vechittu Morng Vega vachi thalichi sapdranum
      + 2 or 3 egg including yellow
      Romba pasicha oru koiya or apple
      Lunch:
      100 - 150 grams rice (mudinja avoid paniralam)
      Any veg poriyal - cabbage, Katharina muttakosh beetroot carot beans avaraikai mashroom
      - Any Keerai
      + 1 cucumber + 1 carot
      Chicken 200Grams
      Dinner romba pasicha matum :
      1 Egg + carot + cucumber
      Only two meals mrg 9 and Lunch 1.
      Avoid Tea coffee + all sweets.
      Fruits eh thevai ilathan but apple koiiya kaai (no fruit) matum saptukalam. Neraya water kudikkanum.
      Black Coffee without sugar 2 to 3 times
      Set the time
      9AM
      1PM
      5PM
