Drink plenty of water during the day.. This is my diet plan for me, and I reduced 8kg within 2 months.
Intermittent fasting will not suitable for all health complications .. and this is not a diet pattern this is only help to reduce weight... The main problem is if a person reduce their weight some kgs in a short time after that to maintain the reduced kgs is the main problem so many people reduce the weight in some duration after they return their regular lifestyle again they regain their weight
