    I weigh once a day. Write it down then average for week (7 days). It’s been a huge help mentally

    Have you read Fast Like a Girl? She is coming out soon with another book Eat Like a Girl. The more I read the more I realize how many things are tied to inflammation and gut health. I followed IF (OMAD - one meal a day) for 90 days and saw such a change in my body. I lost more inches vs. pounds - my clothes were fitting great. I hope you continue to find success on IF.     So thankful for you sharing your journey with us. I will be 45 on Wednesday, everything you discuss is 100% relatable. I have been on plan with my food and exercise for 8 months and I am down 1.8#. 😑Beyond frustrated.
