Not a supporter of Islam or other religions, but nonetheless this was solid advice. I would also add grass feed Butter, if your habits / religion allow it.
Olive oil is very praised in islam, along with many other foods. Prophet muhammad used also to eat butter, cheese, black seed oil, honey, dates, many different fruits. Maybe you should read a little about the guy.

Most important it must be cold processed extra Virgin olive oil.
Other style of olive oil have all their benefits removed by chemicals refining and high temperatures over 320c .
Only use cold press extra Virgin , it must say that or don't touch it.
Other 1 sesame seeds oil , same story only cold pressed sesame seed oil should be used.
Do not consume directly refined olive oil

Unfortunately, ignorant doctors have scared the elderly population into thinking that all fats are harmful. Neither do they understand the harms of refined seed oils. What’s worse is, our Muslim brethren in the restaurant and fast food industry are making a mint from using these cheap oils. People are either greedy or ignorant or both. If I could afford it, I’d open a ‘fast food’ takeaway and sell delicious food made without msg, other nasties and refined oils. People say, nobody would buy it because it would be expensive. I think people find it hard to understand not everyone is driven by money. Sometimes the driving force behind something can be religious, and ethical. So it wouldn’t be about profitability for me. Of course I’d want my bills paid and nice holiday once a year. But ultimately it would be about providing the people with a healthy alternative because conventional fast food is killing us. I don’t have the money to do it. But I can dream. Maybe someone reading this will be able to - in sha Allah.
My God says declare a thing and it shall be and he is able to make all grace abounds towards you that you will always having all sufficiency may abound to every good work why not tell God your dream he said he will give to you the desire of your heart ♥️ just trust that he will if he clothed the Lillies of the fields watch over the sparrows what will he not do for us 🙏you have not because you ask not try it he will answer you ❤️🙏
