@@xXxWoNdEreR7XxX supermod, swing kit, avg power mod, whatever you want to call it, you won't see the average power like seen here without it. You will see some gain with the upgraded final and regulator, but not as significant an increase. Let me guess some jerkulator somewhere said "swing mods, npc mods, power mods" are the devil. 🤣

I'm just a CB Hobbyist! Should I get one of these?? It still works on the Old CB Channels, right?? From what I can see, your Mic looks like the Pro-Trucker that uses one AA Battery! That's what I have. Had to solder the connector myself! JFYI just recently got a Royce 1-601 made in 1975...new condition unused in the box with all the literature including a schematic and a CB License application !!!
Yes, the fine adjustment doesn't change the counter readout, only the coarse. The fine adjusts in hz while the coarse adjustment is in khz which will actually show up on the counter. Most radios fine and coarse adjustment is in khz
Always use connex 3300 a buddy gave me his old 955 the locals talk on 24 am but I can hear people on ssb on am to is that normal or just a badly tuned radio never had ssb on radio I’ve had
I'm running a General Lee in our semi, I love it, but soon maybe within a month or so I think I'm wanting to get a Stryker 955 - but I don't want Nomore then about 85 watts Peak - so would that be considered stock from you or the ALL The Way version from you ? Whatever it is, about how much would it cost ? Past couple days I've been doing a little research to determine who I want to get one from, I don't want to order & have nothing delivered - as I'm the type to buy things such as radios & stuff face to face to actually see what I'm getting first !! Furthermore, we run through Tennessee all the time - where abouts are you located at man ? Thank you & much appreciated man !!
You say all the way is that tuned and aligned and all that good stuff too I've been messingbwith CBs for years but never really got into it like I am now that I'm older something my dad and I did years ago I'm tired of messing around with these peaked and tuned 29 LTDs and getting walked all over all the time and talked junk to because I'm trying to keep CB alive being on the cb thin Man Jr here on his splatter box Cobra 29 LTD classic Roger that come on😂

If you’re a ham, can it be modified for both 11m and be able to switch over to 10m sideband for ham use without messing up performance?
For the most part you should be able to...Biggest change would maybe a few watts and maybe some voltage drop and what ever antenna set up allows..
