The one thing about this new console generation especially more than ever is that rumours are spreading like wildfire. I'll believe the existence of the Switch Pro when I see it.
Happy to see somebody talking about a budget tv for once. I'm sick of people saying to spend $1000 dollars plus and putting people down for going any cheaper. Gaming is for everybody, even us guys who don't have much money.
My Bluetooth headset solution for docked mode was a transmitter for the whole tv it’s self, not just the switch. This way any media on your display has wireless audio
I feel like the "switch pro" is basically going to be a new model that changes a few pieces of hardware, just like the red box switch. I believe that it would be a small release that it would be called the switch still.
I bet they will put a newer nvidia processor on it but nothing mind blowing of course. I also bet the report about it being 4k ready will be true but they will use some up scaling solution like the M Classic cable that makes the edges smoother across all 3d games.
Switch Pro seriously needs improving on hardware side of things. Needs a camera, bluetooth for headphones, change themes and fixing the joycon drift. If they don't resolve these issues, then it's useless having a new Switch hardware.
@@alvinanis3006 not sure about a camera, Bluetooth for sure, and they really gotta get on the drift, but i would imagine they would want to keep the joycons compatible with the new switch so probably not much hope there

I have that same headset, I 100% DO NOT recommend it. If the battery falls below like 70%, it will beep every minute and its super annoying. I’m trying to build the best smash set up and a set up for tears of the kingdom and this video came in clutch. I went with a 1080p tv and a sound bar and a wired GameCube switch controller. The set up for tears of the kingdom is an oled switch and the headphones and I’m actually loving the set up. It’s expensive but with the amount of fun and hours I’ll sink in the set ups will not compare to how much money was spent. I wish I got a 4k tv but I’m using a 1080p tv from 2011 and I don’t sit that close to my screen and I feel like it was the best move. I plan to keep my main switch docked and the switch oled in handheld cuz of the screen for TOTK. I feel like this is the best option for me.
The 8Bitdo Pro 2 controller recommended in this video cannot wake up the Switch wirelessly. I think that's worth mentioning for those thinking of buying them. I have its predecessor (the 8Bitdo SN30 Pro Plus) and it is a really good controller, but if I would buy only one controller for the Switch, I would prefer Nintendo's official Pro Controller, even if they costs a little more. The 8Bit Do controllers have a better D-Pad than the Pro Controller (so I find them more comfortable for playing Mario Maker 2, for example) and can be customized via software, but most of the time I prefer to use Nintendo's Pro controller because they can wake the Switch up wirelessly without depending on another controller, connect more easily and are very comfortable for most games.
I can see why people would go this route to have this type of experience with the switch.. I have a similar set up but just need the wireless headset. I saw in the comments that someone mentioned to have the headset connected to the TV instead of the switch 😃👍 it's a good idea cause now I have better options to what headset I want to get. I've got an mClassic and I really don't think it's worth 1/3rd of the Switch's price. It's a noticeable change in some games if you're looking at a side by side, but in practice it's mostly imperceptible. If you're budgeting for a whole setup like this, I think it's definitely a better value to spend that money on a nicer TV or headphones. If you already have those and have money to spend, then sure, go for the mClassic if you want a marginally better picture in some games.
M classic really makes the blacks looke better on the switch. So it's even nicer to use on an oled. And smooths out a lot of pixelated games. No real resolution increase. But cool AA method. Actually helps the quality
I agree with the 8BitDo Pro 2 recommendation. Its immediate predecessor (the SN30 Pro+) has become my favorite controller. I've been using it with my Switch and PC, and I've recently even started using it with my Xbox One with the help of the Brook Wingman XB adapter. Anyway, I've never purchased a Switch Pro Controller because I've never felt the need for one.
