I have the Nyxi Wizard. Ever since release. I love it. I have played untold hours of Tears with it and that Horizon racer game. The "D" pad is too slick though.
RUclipsr need to learn to get through the video and then say links for products into description on the end of the video so they don’t have to repeat themselves 20 times
I'm still using those "Animal Crossing" ECHTPower controllers. I think NYXI also made the same design. Despite no Hall effect sensors, I haven't had any drift issues yet. Unfortunately, these Joy-Cons can't move diagonally fully. I bought this after your review, got under 25 USD.
I'd love PlayStation like joycons. I've been never pleased with asymmetric sticks. It seems no Chinese has invented those T_T (The one with both sticks upper side looks sooo weird)
except for the hori split pad, do any of these have disconnecting issues? i have the binbok ones and they recently began disconnecting all the time when playing
I have 4 years with my Hori Split Pad Pro and have never returned to the old joycons: I have not faced drift, disconnection, input lag, they only need the vibration to be perfect, for the rest oh boy they are amazing. The BinBok on the other hand are pure shit, they had terrible drift at the week I bought them, never again.
Unless you knew showcasing the Mobapad M6 HD would make every other joycon dated and irrelevant by comparison, thus intentionally omitted them so there could actually be a conversation and competition. Cause ya, if you showed Mobapad M6 HD, there wouldn't be much else to talk about. I know you showed M6 S and mentioned HD butnyiy gotta try HD. It's more than just HD rumble. It's Omron switches which make a HUGE difference, and battery life is longer. Oh, just heard you say you have the HD on order. Excellent! Well done. Once you get em, you'll quickly drop every other joycon.
@@TheInfiniteNineAnd also said in another video that he bought like 3 pairs for some reason. It's like he needs to let everyone know how much he loves the Mobapad. 😂
I have both and find the Mobapad more comfortable but it's not night and day or anything. The S&C grips are so damn good if you want to rock official joy cons.
I left a pretty solid praise of the Mobapads up top in another comment but I just want to add that I don't think they are a perfect situation for L~XL hands. You might be better suited using a S&C or Satisfye grip and doing a Gulikit hall stick mod on your regular joycons. Where the Mobapads far short for me is that they don't hook deep into my palms and will still cause fatigue and pain over time. Also, if you have a limited edition Switch, you will miss your accompanying Joy-cons, as the case is not large enough to carry extras with you.
You know the m6s could be perfectly fine for most people if it wasn’t that they get thrown under the bus by both the brand and reviewers! If every other switch controllers are acceptable costing more and having less features then the m6s with crappy rumble then why can’t the m6s just be the best middle ground for everyone? The HDs should have been 120$ with RGB so that it would be more obvious instead of looking like a slight upgrade.
The Genki Force Field Pro magnetic flip case for Switch OLED is amazing. I wanted one for years. But now it's here, I'm using M6 HD so it won't fit. Day late and dollar short. For official joycon though (I have basstop d-pad which is way better than ExtremeRate d-pad, plus HALL Effect analogs and metal latches) its perfect though. Makes OLED near pocketable which is insane.
That was one of the things that threw me about them. I'm honestly really glad I hesitated and found the Mobapad M6 HD's. Really the ONLY choice if you want proper joycon replacements. Zero sacrifices from the official joycons and ALL of the benefits of third party ones.
ofc you are glazing your sponsor and you dont say any downsides of them but eith the other joycons you pinpoint every bad thing about them, oh and also the joycons from your sponsor are the same thing as the hori split pad pro but its a bigger pain in the ass (i know he is paid to not say any bad things about it but still, its better to just let reviewers say what they think about them and not just pay them to glaze and glaze and glaze all over again so people get fooled by them)
Btw the M6 HD comes with a case for $6 more and it's custom fit for M6 HD, with just enough pouch room for Genki Covert Dock Mini, HDMI cable, USB-C cable for full docking anywhere, and tabletop charge stand, and middle joycon charge grip slap disassembled for a pro controller with M6 HD, and the rocker d-pad to swap out on the fly. Everything you could ever need. Also, if you have Mobapad M9 HD or Chithu pro controller, try swapping left analog of M6 with right analog of M9 HD. The larger left analog is perfect for movement as its more comfy, and smaller white analog from M6 HD on right is more grippy for camera. Then both pro controller and M6 HD have fat analog on left and grippier small analog on right
Smoke everything out there other than they don’t have a central bridge so can only be used attached to the switch and don’t have charging ports so can only really be charged on the switch lol. Plus, how many switch games supports rumble and definitely how many games support amino lol. Now that sounds like a controller that you want 🤣
@@badmuppet6532 Get any other mid bridge and they're compatible as far as I know because the rail system obviously has to be the same. You can detach the grip from the official nintendo one or use the Nyxi one. Charging also works as you would expect for any mid bridges that have charging.

If you take out all the times you said ‘there’s a link down below’, this video would be 4 mins long.
That's literally the point of the video 😅 would you prefer he just left you guessing which joycons he's talking about?

I miss the echtpower joy pads, if I would've known they would be discontinued would've stocked up.
Good comparison, m6 hd for me.

I have both and for me M6 HD is better.
I have both and find the Mobapad more comfortable but it's not night and day or anything. The S&C grips are so damn good if you want to rock official joy cons.
I have both now. Tough to tell, but it seems my pinky gets more exhausted “holding” the switch with the HDs.

I really likes Mobapad Hd,it has the all the original joycon has to offer(except infra-red). How ever the price are to expensive for me.
The mobapad m6 has remappable buttons? Does that include stick axis inversion?
What is your feeling about the Mobapad 6Hd?
Best I've used
best ever

Do these get stick drift like Nintendos joycons? It's disgusting how expensive joycons are, and they inevitably become useless with insane stick drift
Could you do a Review about the LinYuvo-KS42?
I just received the m6hd in black, great controller but much too noisy, the buttons are very clicky.
Do you have any advice on a silent equivalent?
