Attempted to use Moasure to measure the exterior of number of natural stone buildings on a large estate. I was hoping it would save time but in the end it took about 4x longer with Moasure than a measuring wheel and laser measure (which I resorted back to using). When in Wall mode I found the puck struggled with the uneven surfaces of the façades. I constantly received erroneous measurements e.g. when placing the puck against the wall, unless it was on a perfectly flat surface (which there weren't many on a natural stone façade), the puck would take a measurement back on itself - this happened constantly. It was more accurate in line mode for some reason but I lost confidence so resorted to a laser measure and wheel. The puck would also sense the tiniest movement when laid against the walls (due to the uneven surface it was not always possible to place the puck securely to prevent movement), again giving more erroneous measurements. As someone that spends a lot of time measuring the exteriors of buildings, it has been a frustrating journey using Moasure to be completely honest. Advice would be very welcome on how to measure buildings where some elevations lack flat surfaces to place the puck on.

Another great demo Barry, have you ever checked the accuracy against a total station or GPS? It would make for a good video and shown good the Moasue one is

Hello, how do I measure walls and the locations of doors and windows? Which mode should I use?
