Yes it is unfurnished. You have Bed and metress only. In the kitchen you have a fridge, stove and pantry. Other furniture and electric items need to be bought. But there are chances that you can get used tables/ chairs/ microwaves/couches etc from people who giveaway them when they leave.
My room is in 11th floor and it is clear from insects and bugs. I've never heard anyone complaining about bed bugs, but in several rooms there are cockroaches. Maintenance crew will attend for any of such issues immediately.
How much you pay for this apartment and please tell the duration, I mean the rent is per month or per week ? And what is the rent ? And what facilities are included in the rent ?

I will land in Saskatoon in 01/2023, and I'm starting applying for residence but the Residence Housing Portal only allows me to register for September 2022 - August 2023 - 12 months term contract. Do they consider a contract for rent starting Winter term 01/2023?
@@hango1303 You have to take your room from January to August. Then you can apply again for the next term and continue as you wish. The residence office is really helpful. Contact them for any query you have. Email residence support.
@@Mihislovelytrails I can see that the apartment is unfurnished, could you please share how to get/ buy tables/ chairs from people who leave the hall? As I am an international student and I dont have a car so it is difficult to buy and transport chairs/ tables to the hall by myself. Thank you for sharing!

Yes, but it has some changes as well for example carpet colour etc. overall both are in same style/ structure. 😊

It's 897CAD per month from next term starting from September 2022 for this one bedroom apartment. Wifi and electricity included.
