Hi. I really like your style. I am a senior whose memory needs a refresher and i recently purchased a TN for myself. You gave us some great ideas here. Thanks so much 😊
Thank you so much for this video! I got inspired by your TN and the weekly memo! You have a great voice, unintrusive cool music and your logic and reasonings are almost the same as mine! I binge your videos, because you are very relaxing and informative to watch. Thank you once again for creating those videos ❤
Hi there! Thanks for your kind feedback and I'm glad you're liking the content. Glad to have you along for the journey. Warm wishes and have a wonderful day!
I intend to transition from an A5 A&O bujo to a TN for 2024 for more efficiency and portability, so I'm on the lookout for how I can set it up in such a way that it will still work for me despite it's smaller size, and this is just the content I'm looking for. Finally a vid that actually tackles how a TN can be used in the smartest way! Most TN setup vids I see are just aimed towards making their TNs "aesthetic" without necessarily being the most useful. Glad to come across yours also bec. we actually have a similar planning style. I want to be able to see my daily and a summary of the week's to do's + tasks coming up or to be moved to next week categorized into work and personal, and habits all in 1 spread, so this is golden indeed. Thanks!
That was so helpful to me. I have gotten away from planning for years, and I have been trying to figure out how to keep all my thoughts and to-do lists in place without having a bunch of sticky notes all over the place and falling on the floor. Then your video popped up for me. I watched it twice, the second time, I made very detailed notes. Thank you very much for your time and video.
After watching your video, I've come to the realisation (again, sigh) that I have spread my thoughts and ideas across too many notebooks. Summer is coming and I'm going to use the same weekly insert you have to streamline my weeks. Thanks.
Just found your channel. Love how straight forward the planning is. I've had a traveler's notebook for a couple of years now and have used it sporadically, but I'm wanting to really get into using it properly. As beautiful as the super aesthetic spreads are, I just know I'd never actually get to doing that. Love how your planner is neat, still nice to look at, USABLE, and manages to quickly incorporate some washi tape fun!
Thank you for your kind feedback. Glad you like it. I've got to update this video as my planning style is just a touch different. Have a wonderful day!
I really needed a planner for uni and I was debating what planner to get and I stumbled across a travelers notebook and didn't know what it was until I found your videos so thank you so much for your thourough explanations! I ended up getting one :) I'm excited for it to arrive.
I really enjoyed this video (and watching old videos). Only because I love the simplicity of your set up and is something that I also emulate on mine - I just a different brand but with a similar weeks and notes setup.
I did bullet journaling for several months but I have a hard time sticking to stuff like that when I am busy. I am using a journal I got from Staples called "Feel Good Goals" which is working pretty well for me, but it is a bit bigger than an A5, and I want to get something that will fit in a pocket. I bought a few inserts for the Traveler's passport size, and I want to get some leather to make my own cover.
Ooh I like that - "Feel Good Goals". I'd love to see what your custom build Traveler's notebook looks like when you get around to it. I've been toying with the idea myself.
@StationeryAt4 I bought the same patch that you have on your leather notebook cover because it looked so nice and colourful. But I don't think it would work on the textured leather I bought.
I've never considered myself a weekly planner as it seemed like such a broad time frame. I have always struggled to see rhe bigger picture. How do I know what I need to do this week when I'm handling one day at a time? Oddly enough, I do rely on a monthly calendar for all the events and appointments that are scheduled. I've found that Daily Planning in a passport size TN works great, but my daily tasks can be overwhelming to look at. Watching you break down your week ahead and pre scheduling how you are going to tackle each thing makes so much sense and since you can control what you want to try to achieve on each day, it looks less overwhelming. I might just have to try Weekly journaling the way you have structured it to see if it would help offload the number of daily tasks I need to cross off every day. Thanks for the video and for clearly explaining how weekly journaling works for you in a way I haven't seen in other people's videos!
Hi Tatyana. Thank you for sharing and glad to hear this video helped your planning process. So many tasks - so little time :) Take care and have a wonderful day!
I really enjoyed this video. I just received their 019 weekly plus memo. The first four pages are vertical 31 days per month with a small space to write in for each day. what do you reckon that is for? Doesn't seem very useful.
Hi Torrey, welcome to the Traveler's Notebook journey :) I use the first four pages as a monthly planner specifically for appointments or major social events to help with a little bit of foreshadow planning. Given the limited space, I agree not all that useful to be more than that. Warm wishes and have a lovely day!
What is that quote you have at the top? I have 'The habit of the habit is even more valuable than the habit itself Keeping a habit is the discernment of the mind and is the smallest way possible...' but cant read teh end. Would love to know who said it too please
Hi there! It's a quote from Gretchen Rubin's 'Better than Before'. I've modified to it my liking. 'The habit of the habit is even more valuable than the habit itself...Keeping a habit in the discernment of the mind and in the smallest way possible protects and strengthens it' Hope that helps!
Hi mcmickey3344. It's a bit of a routine I've built to have some quiet uninterrupted time to myself in my day. Between kids and work (and now filming these videos) 4-7 is the most quiet in my home. I typically sleep somewhere between 9:30-11. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
Love the idea of using icons to represent the routine parts of our lives. Thanks for the addition to my planner.
You're welcome! Happy to help! I've tweaked my setup since (future video coming...) Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
I always enjoy meeting another fellow TN friend. I enjoyed your process and felt very relaxed watching your video. 😊
Thank you for the kind feedback. Warm wishes and have a lovely day!

I have that same pen holder on my TN cover and I find it marks up the cover or decoration I’ve put on my insert
Really? It's worked really well for me so far. Now I'm going to go scrutinize lol. Take care and have a lovely day!
Wow. You do carry alot in that leather bound planner.
Yes I do! Lol. Take care and have a great day.
Very helpful
Glad it helped Linda. Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely day!
