Yay! Thanks for the video! Never giving up 💪🏻🦬🙏👍👍🥇🥇 the videos just keep getting better! :))
Lorenzo makes it look so easy because he is so big and fast
I am šo happy that i can do even one thing better then nick and its the standing long jump pretty proud if myself now but when it comes to running im no where near him
If Nick had a bit better form on bench he could have easily pulled off 5-6. Work on that form Nick and get that number up!
he will definitely up that number!
Yet another awesome video Nick.
Didn't care about the events, just enjoyed watching Natalie's lower half walking around.
You have got a new subscriber... love this competition vid! Greets from Amsterdam
He's an 800m runner... and his peak was early 2010's
You’re missing the run gum, that next level energy you needed 😮💨🥇

Thank God for this fitness content on this platform
No way Nick ran a 5.13 first try 🤣🤣 when I was 290lbs I ran a 5.14 40 yard dash
Great to see this type of friendly competition illustrating the different skill sets of various athletes. Kuddos to Lorenzo for agreeing to participate.
First
Seond
You win first!!! Thanks for being early :)
As a former college sprinter I can tell you that world class milers are absolute freaks of nature. They can out sprint everyone but the very top sprinters. And they can all run great marathons.
That coach is solid!!!!! 🙏🏻
for suree!!
Speedy nick. Love the videos.
That foot work is a killer
4.71 for a 20-shuttle is like elite for an offensive lineman. That’s fucking crazy that he did that without ever playing a football snap.
Madly waiting for the next video
This is the top to your video. With commentators and good energy it was very entertaining
Can someone tell me why long/broad jumps start with the front of the foot and measure at the back? I'm not really a track & field guy, it just seems like it would make more sense to measure both at the same spot on the foot
Was having a shit day. Your video made me forget about that. Always great content as usual. Keep it up.
