He weighed 289 lbs at the Combine in 2005 and played over 300 lbs early in his career. As his career progressed he moved from DT to DE to OLB, dropping weight as he went. Please don't tell Nick that most OLB's in the NFL are faster than Lorenzo. Hey Nick! Track season started roughly 2 weeks ago. Sadly, I have been out with an Injury called sessile osteochondroma. I’ve had to wait for an mri and was told to not do physical activity that would fatigue my legs such as lifting and running for almost 2 weeks. This sucked but I have now been cleared for track season. With that being said, I am 2 weeks behind of everyone and their is roughly 3 1/2 weeks until my first meet. I am out of track shape and am looking to get in better shape by conditioning. What would be your advice to me for getting in track shape as quickly as possible without injuring myself?

I am only in middle school and we only got 4 track meets (kind of a let down but I still have 8th grade year) and I got shinsplints that weren’t that bad, so I just didn’t tell anyone until after season. I didn’t get further injured after that season though but yah. I wasn’t going to miss those few meets. Idk why I felt the need to share this but still, get better soon and hopefully your season is going good or did go good 😁
