    In German Highschool you can choose to do your A-levels (Abitur) in sports; some track and field events are mandatory.
    The official length to get the best score in long jump (I guess that’s an A in the US) is 5.85 meters (that’s 19.19 feet). And I think that’s ridiculously hard to achieve!

    • @Thomas-fk3cw
      @Thomas-fk3cw 3 года назад +1

      Interesting. Yeah, that is tough. Do you know the mile or 800 time for top score? Just curious.

    • @babynatoor
      @babynatoor 3 года назад +1

      Unfortunately you can only choose from 100 or 200 when it comes to short distance sprinting. The times there are 11.9 (100m) and 24.4 (200m).
      For longer distances we only get testet in the Cooper-Test (12 minutes - max distance) to get the best grade you have to reach 3175 meters. Which translates to an average pace of 6 minutes per mile.

    Hey Nick! There is this kid named Miguel Hernandez from Hugoton and he is in Middle School. He jumps 20ft 2 inches. He is a freak athlete. I’m pretty sure he is going to the Topeka games for track, not sure when but you should go watch him.
