    I have a suggestion. As much as I love these Unsolved Mysteries I would definitely like to see more solved Mysteries. Are updates on old ones. Nothing makes me more happier then knowing a crime has been solved and a monster's put behind bars.

    • @noevilea624
      @noevilea624 6 лет назад +20

      Also cant always do updates as many of these cases are here for the mysterious nature of the stories which are already many years old therefore it extremely likely there will never be any updates but you can always try using google on specific cases instead of waiting for a YT channel to stop your pretty little head from the worry. Meanwhile the rest of us are pretty damn happy with what we've got.
      People suck the big one. There`s no surprise we are the most destructive animal on this planet.

      @kari7403 6 лет назад +36

      Yet1moreUtuber Not super surprising that it isn't really well heard of. People weren't as outraged then or the next few decades because it mostly effected the black community. I honestly don't like turning things into race issues. But in this case, i strongly suspect that's why. The ax murders have gotten better well known the past decade or so though.

      It was a VERY different time in the early 1900's. I think that these murders were commited from a cult or something like the KKK. They had/have some way twisted truely racist beliefs that go right along with these murders.

      The photo used for the bank robber/killer was taken from an old classic Superman TV series entitled--wait for it--The Adventures of Superman.

      He definitely sensationalized it, anyone that's done real research knows cullens book is not the book to read when you want the factual story. Legitimate information is out there! Anyway,
      Look up interviews of Dylan mother, there's a video on TED talk she's talking with a crowd about being a school shooter's mum, she is incredibly strong I don't know if I could live if my children ever committed so many atrocities and just wanted blood for the sake of chaos. Columbine happened a day before my b day April 20th I couldn't even celebrate the next day because it was literally the 1st shooting like that , that I had heard of and saw on breaking news because my school was on a break *ohio* but I remember just being deeply sad for so much precious lives taken for no reason. I was also a "goth " & was insanely obsessed with Marilyn Manson so I of course remember the lying ass media spreading fake news that the columbine killers were inspired by him, that truly fucked with Brian warner *manson) he went like "off grid" so to speak bc he reportedly kept getting all kinds of death threats & he had to cancel shows, losing money to I'm sure. Smh. Sorry this is something that I like to chat about. Blessed be

      I KNOW!! What gets me especially is the relatively short time served by people who ATTEMPT to abduct strangers. If that isn't a sign that a person is going to always pose a threat, then I have no idea what would qualify. ~ In Jaycee's case, I was disgusted every time an interviewer asked her why she didn't just run for it. (Run to WHERE? Neighbors informed police of the bizarre backyard tents on the Garridos' property on numerous occasions, and all police would do is go talk to Phil, who assuaged any concerns they might've had.) Asking why SHE didn't run puts all the onus on the minor victim, when those in authority totally dropped the ball; yet nearly every interview with Jaycee after her rescue included this inane question!

      There was a documentary about parole officers and it followed three officers. One officer bought the ridiculous story of a sex offender possibly living with a child and joked to the camera that he didn't want to deal with the paperwork for violating. The next officer violated a man because his roommate had alcohol in his fridge in his bedroom. This guy had a job and was following the rules but because his roommate had beer in his personal fridge she sent him back to prison. The state they filmed in required the director to let them watch the film before it released. After they watched it they asked him to put a card at the end that both of those officers were fired for their behavior and they released the guy she put in prison. It makes you wonder what goes on when no one is watching

    It makes sense that the person who murdered all the black people (you don't need to blur out the word "negro." That's what black people were called in our history.) was black him or her self. A white man would not have been able to walk about a black community without being recognized or noticed. I keep thinking about the murderer jumping out through that high window. Be it man or woman, that was a pretty demanding physical achievement. So I conclude that the person was athletic or physically fit. That's about all I could make of this case.

    I love your channel! You present each case professionally and with facts and background stories, that are usually not presented when speaking on cases such as this. I have seen several of your cases featured on tv shows and other media and they did not have half of the information you did. And going back to professionalism, the story on the Axe murders - I appreciated the fact that you blurred out the "n" word in the newspaper clippings that were posted to support this story. Even though it was normal during that time period (1912) for media to openly use the term, in this day and age, it is appreciated when media doesn't want to offend others. Thank you for putting out these stories. You need to have your own television show.

    Just a few important details about the Lawrence Kane/Zodiac segment:
    First, not only did victim Paul stine pick up his killer 2-3 blocks from where Kane lived at the time but by “coincidence” Donna Lass worked at the hospital in San Francisco closest to the Presido where the zodiac is alleged to have fled into and was working the night shifts that October of 1969 and presumably that was the hospital Stine was taken to. As an aside, Richard Gaikowski (another proposed suspect of the zodiac killings) lived near where stine worked and allegedly went to his funeral.
    Second, Toschi admitted to fan letters but was suspected of writing a fake zodiac letter as well where his name is mentioned - he denied writing that letter, to be fair to him but did admit to writing fake fan letters. The theory is that he wrote the fake zodiac letter(s) to keep the case alive in the media and his own celebrity which was attached to that case.
    And finally, the creator of this video says lass doesn’t fit the pattern of a zodiac victim implying zodiac like many serial killers has a consistent pattern in relation to killing. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what the zodiac didn’t do. He kills in different ways (gun or knife), he kills different victims (couples and lone person like stine), he kills at different times of day or night, and even wears costume at one canonical killing. Also interestingly, of couples, twice there is a survivor and twice it’s a male. He also boasted in letters he would change his pattern to make it harder. Frankly, but for the fact he took credit for stines murder the police would not have linked him to it thinking it was merely a robbery gone wrong.

    I lived in Colorado at the time of the Columbine shooting and I was small in 1999. I remeber asking my dad why it wasnt safe to go to school anymore. I didn't even understand the implications of that day at the time. Now whenever I hear young people who have committed shootings say they were inspired by Columbine it scares the hell out of me.

    It isn't mentioned whether or not the victims were killed with axes from their homes. Most homes probably had them handy if they used fireplaces for heat or cooking. Axe murders horrify me! Gruesome
