May I know what brand of chocolate did you use? Will coating with erythritol (powdered or normal granular) before baking make the cookies too sweet? And lastly, how best to store then? Sorry for the many questions!
Any brand of cocoa mass / cocoa liquor will do ya. I use powdered erythritol but granular should work just fine. This recipe is actually made less sweet to go with the sweet coating so it’s not too sweet at all. I store my cookies in airtight container at room temperature ☺️

@@erdammm8782 因為我是用75%朱古力粒. 今朝再做了, 減鹽, 加紅莓乾, 減10G牛油, 效果唔錯, 一樣外脆內酥, 沒有了苦感, 真的很喜歡, 一定會多做, 繼續跟Kye做美食 :)

Hi Alia ☺️ Did you leave it cool before eating? Erythritol will harden when cooled. I used powdered erythritol. Both forms should work the same :)
