What a you-beaut of a Zucchini Slice, so practical and realistic on alternatives or go-to subs, and we've tried your one, as prepared and presented here (wonderfully enthusiastic and beautifully we must add) and this is now the way we cook the best vege dish ever !! Thanks heaps Nicole, we think you're awesome, warmest regards from Lottie, Desiree, Gina, our mums, and dad, of course "the chef" here in paradise at Tuckombil via Alstonville and East Ballina 800km north of Sydney ex Maroubra ❤✨️🤙
Aw thank you! This comment made my day and made me smile!! Glad you love it. Big hello to you and your family! Keep up the great work baking and cooking! xx Nicole
Hi Robert, it’s self raising! I leave the ingredients listed in the description box and also full recipe to download for free on my website! Here it is 😊 www.lebonbaker.com/_files/ugd/a8bc37_b7a5f95f78a84cbd9b57d0f94c1203cc.pdf
I haven’t myself but you could give it a go! I think it would change the flavour and texture (maybe drier and taste more potato-ey). I’d probably add a small amount of a raising agent such too as baking powder. Is it for a gluten intolerance? Could also use gluten free self raising flour. If you make it with potato flour let me know how you go! X
Bake in a moderate oven so 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit for approximately 30-35 mins! Full recipe is here if you need it ☺️ www.lebonbaker.com/_files/ugd/a8bc37_b7a5f95f78a84cbd9b57d0f94c1203cc.pdf
Hi Helen, I got you ☺️ tell me what’s going on with your slice?! Before you put it into the oven, how does your batter look? Is it really wet or dry? X

Do you need to 'squeeze' the zucchini to get the water out?
Yes, you can give it a little squeeze for sure!
Hey could I replace cheddar cheese with mozzarella. I would like to make it for my daughter.

Is it plain flour or self raising please?

Can you make the Zucchini slice with potatoe flour.

Hi @LeBonBaker I just put mine in the oven but notic3d uts quite wet, should I cook for longer so it dries out?
No one ever shows you how to get the parchment paper into the tin - sitting all neat + flush 😬
Haha true! I can do a video on that, for different tins too if it helps ☺️
