    What a you-beaut of a Zucchini Slice, so practical and realistic on alternatives or go-to subs, and we've tried your one, as prepared and presented here (wonderfully enthusiastic and beautifully we must add) and this is now the way we cook the best vege dish ever !!

    Can you make the Zucchini slice with potatoe flour.

      I haven’t myself but you could give it a go! I think it would change the flavour and texture (maybe drier and taste more potato-ey). I’d probably add a small amount of a raising agent such too as baking powder. Is it for a gluten intolerance? Could also use gluten free self raising flour. If you make it with potato flour let me know how you go! X

      Hi @LeBonBaker I just put mine in the oven but notic3d uts quite wet, should I cook for longer so it dries out?

      INGREDIENTS
      5 eggs
      400g zucchini (approx 2 large)
      140 (1 cup) self raising flour
      100g (1 packed cup) cheddar cheese
      50g (1/4 cup) olive oil
      100g ham
      50g carrot
      20g spinach
      1 tsp mixed herbs
      salt & pepper to taste
