Today I learned that people still make spectrum games!
Still make games for most 8 bit micros. C64 too 😀
I feel like the action games are a tad easy. What I really appreciate is the use of colour clash. I don't want to look at black and some bits of red. The Speccy colours are really nice, I want to see them around the screen a bit and that's nice for me you did it.
They can be, but they were likely coded to finish them.
I just had my mind blown in real time. 4:50 the game called “tiny nightmares” the music is the exact same melody as a recent indie game called “little nightmares” only after I heard it I checked what the game was called, then realised it’s actuallly a remake of THIS game!

Absolutely fantastic.
Aliens Neoplasma came out in 2019 and The Ooze came out in 2022.
These 2 games at least did not release this year.
