Do you ever put Anti-seize on your bits when you change them? I have a paving company and sometimes I have my guys put it on our milling machine bits to keep them free. Of course they also attract dirt in them.
I don’t own my own machines so I don’t worry about fuel but as far as a fuel surcharge I’d set a so much an hour more for your machine for say anything higher then four dollar fuel if that makes sense.
Can I ask what brand of bit boards you use for the stinger bits?

How do you swing the mold board out like that?
Search a video called how to pull saddle pin on motor grader and you find a video I did showing how I got the moldboard out to the side like I do.

I blew them out with air then put the spray on graphite on them once that dried I soaked them in wd 40 to prevent rust.

I have used the sharq edges i do like them i use them mainly in the spring then put my carbides on thanks for watching
