I've also seen in many videos and thinking that in this time speaker of the lok sabha in not performing their speaker's role rather he is performing BJP spoke preson's role while sitting on the chair ( holding a constitutioal post)

Wisdom prevails only when the shoe pinches. It took 50 years to express this idea. In 3 minutes duration, a members speaks bla bla bla not touching the policies of the government, then I believe it is waste of time. Alas, the word " Constitution" referred several times in this discussion, but no Constitutional points got significance but only political ideology. This discussion didn't tell much about parliamentary procedure but the plot moved around one or two instances on the opposition fingertips. I watched almost 5 years ago a video on youtube channel named "RSTV" where perhaps same Achaari saahab was telling the viewers of the channel about the procedures in a much better way. I think it could have more viewers if the purpose were to educate. But much appreciated for this effort to all three participants!
    Thank you.

Sometimes comments of the MPs are purged.... which means there is some control somewhere in the electronic recording circuit of the audio and video system from where the audio is being edited. Hence the control lies to the audio engineers. And it is unbelievable fact that there is no switch to mute/unmute or volume switch of the mike. Same applies to the camera and the video circuitry. The speaker might not have that switch in his table but he can very well give the instructions previously to the engineers.... that whenever MPs speaks about any touchy subject...mute or lower the volume of the mike temporarily for few seconds and unmute or high the volume again or lower the volume accordingly. Same applies to the video. There will be no electronic circuitry in the world where there is a mike and no volume control switch....it's absurd. Those who design such circuits and not engineers and should not be entertained.

Rules should inform about accountability of execution of govt. programmes and policies to even common citizen of the country if he is interested and not to please the foreign bosses of the rulers of the world.

Stop appearing in cases which are against the nation. You are a politically affiliated person and your views and actions are accordingly favouring your party. You were in congress, joined Samajwadi party.
