It’s been 6 months since you last wrote this. Have you gotten your second visit with doctor yet? If so how are you feeling and what was your diagnosis prior to seeing him.
I’m so happy for her!! I know the exact feeling of not being able to live life. I have been dealing with “IC” for 4 years now and i have 2 little girls i cannot live life with and it makes me so depressed. I get bladder urgency, burning and spasms. Sometimes I myself feel like water makes it worse. I pretty much live my life in bed with a heating pad and it makes me sad. You are 3 hours away. 😢
3 hours from my clinic is close. My examination takes a few hours. You can return home on the same day. Most of my patients fly to my clinic from across the US and from other countries.

The good thing is i am a stay at home mom but when drop off kids at school I have to stop at a fast food restaurant across the school before i walk them in. I have a 4 and 7 year old. I been dealing with something similar for over 10 years it started after I had my son It’s not everyday but every so often my bladder hurts I constantly pee. My bladder just aches. It feels like a uti But my tests come back negative but I get treated for it anyways. The worse part is during my period. I get labor like contractions right before I start sometimes it happens during ovulation that last for like a hour. Then my stomach will just be left extremely sore it hurts to walk bend and sit down and I feel pain in butt. Does this sound like ic or something worse? Something is definitely wrong with my bladder I also get Ibs symptoms
Also get checked for fibrosis or endometriosis. Ulcers, bladder cancer, scar tissue in the pelvis, adenomyosis. Idk supposedly all these things have similar symptoms. This is the first I bumped into Dr.Lonnies page and yes this makes sense because like Cindy i have very similar symptoms. So it can be neurological ugh wtf it’s hard.

IC can be diagnosed with a cystoscopy. While your symptoms sound like IC...the symptoms alone don't necessarily make it IC.
