Thank you - that was very helpful! We had the Thule 9024XT and had a really hard time loading the bikes and keeping them separate (the pedal on my bike knocked the chain from his bike). This is so much easier to load (once you know how which your video taught us).

Great video. Confused as this comparison review includes a chart which details the Pro X comes without the ratcheting rear tire straps. Yet they are included in this video. Please can you confirm. Thank-you.
Great video! Thanks for posting. I am wondering if the space between the two bikes is at all adjustable. Thinking of coming by your store and picking one up.
Hello. The spacing is adjustable side to side, this is an effective adjustment to minimize bike to bike contact, shown here: ruclips.net/video/suwsM9D6UQ0/видео.html www.rackattack.com/stores/ Thanks!
Hello. The single key is use for installing or removing unlocked cylinders, while the two keys with cuts are unique to the lock cylinders and are the working keys for unlocking the security cables or hitch knob. Thanks!
Hello. Good suggestion. We do have an assembly video of a previous model which includes the lock cylinder install, here's the clip: ruclips.net/video/rW3XS1T3VPk/видео.html Thanks!
Hello. The Infiniti QX60 (2014-2020) can accept a 2 inch hitch, here's a link to details: www.rackattack.com/trailer-hitches/class-3-trailer-hitch-2in-receiver-select-infiniti-qx60-nissan-pathfinder-13126/ Thanks!
Hello. Yes, there is a lock housing in the handle that will accept a lock cylinder. This security option is not as effective as cable locks as the tire can be deflated to release the grip of the hold down and then remove the bike even with the handle locked. Thanks!
Hello. Once the locking knob is loosened, the rack can be rocked side to side which will dislodge the wedge in the hitch, freeing the autopin to be released. Thanks!
Hello. There is an option to install Thule lock cylinders in the handles to prevent the release lever from operating, this requires a two pack of lock cylinders: www.rackattack.com/rack-locks/thule-512-2-pack-lock-cores/ Thule also offers a cable lock that can also be key matched: www.rackattack.com/rack-locks/thule-538xt-braided-steel-cable-lock/
No, Thule does not currently have a single bike model. It's not as common for hitch racks to just carry one bike, but a good option is the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo (SKU 10007)
Hello. This rack combines components from Thule's Pro model T2 and the Classic model T2 in order to create a mid-level price point for their popular T2 design. Thule does offer other completely unique platform rack designs to consider such as the Helium Platform, the EasyFold Platform and the DoubleTrack Platform. Thanks!

Glad it helped!
I have fenders on my bike so I have been putting the lever on the frame. The way you did it looks easier.
Hello. Front fenders do create a conflict. Positioning the hold down hook next to the front fork provides the best support. Thanks!

THis is XTR...
@@小小小悍马 Nice catch! Fixed. Thank you!
@@小小小悍马 Hello. This is similar to the XTR using it's base while using the Classic T2 trays, and the name is T2 Pro X.

Great explanation of this rack. Thank you 👍
Hello. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it!
Instead of using the "auto pin" to secure the rack to the vehicle's tow hitch, can I use a separate locking hitch-pin?
I have the same one only for 4 bikes can I change it to be like that one
Is there a lock for the bikes?

Thanks for the video. The product comes with a pair of keys and a single one. I’m wondering what the single key is for?

Are these good for e-bikes ? 24kg aprox ?
Next time, do an unboxing to show how to insert lock mechanism, etc. Mine didn't come fully assembled and I doubt no one else's dies

Question - Surprising my husband and clueless. We have an Infiniti QX60. What hitch size should I be ordering? 1.25" or 2"?

www.rackattack.com/trailer-hitches/class-3-trailer-hitch-2in-receiver-select-infiniti-qx60-nissan-pathfinder-13126/ Thanks!
Would've got this if I could have put a normal locking pin.
Can you install a lock cylinder into the locking arm? It looks like there is a hole for one under your thumb at 0:33?

Awe man, I was hoping it was going to have the cables to lock the bikes to the rack.
Hello. Yes, you'll find the integrated bicycle cable locks on the XTR model: ruclips.net/video/lkia4a_EOjA/видео.html
My auto pin is stuck, how do I remove it
Hello. Once the locking knob is loosened, the rack can be rocked side to side which will dislodge the wedge in the hitch, freeing the autopin to be released. Thanks!
What's the difference between the x and the xt?
Hello. The X is using the T2 Pro XTR hitch base and the T2 Classic trays, the XT is the designation of the T2 prior to the Classic naming. Thanks!
@@rackattack thank u. Couldn’t find a video comparing those two

Thule failed to design a new model instead of putting the parts of t2 Classic and t2 pro xt. What a joke
