Interesting about the ticket prices at 1st "Glarstonbury" 1970 they were £1 equivalent to around £17 today for a single day festival and 1500 attended. The last "Glarstonbury" in 2019 cost £248 for 4 days (£62 per day, 135.000) so as Johnson said a "capitalist extravaganza". But he is wrong! Most of that is donated to charities that Johnson would describe as the great unwashed and crusties so no longer a "capitalist extravaganza" but a collective of individuals donating with top music/musicians as an event/backdrop.
