      @Coding Crusader Hockey rules, but "strength of a football player and stamina of a marathon runner" is straight up delusional. It's physically impossible to optimize for both ends of that spectrum at the same time. I don't know of any marathons that are run a minute at a time.

    Love the last one because of how crafty it is. To recognize in the moment that Holtby was expecting the no-move after getting embarrassed at the all-star game, then to change his deke just enough that Holtby panics, allowing Kuch to let it drift 5-hole. Like a magician, he knew not to repeat the same trick twice.

    Most humiliating thing you can do to a goalie. The talent you have to own to even think about a move like this.

    • @darthollpheist1156
      @darthollpheist1156 4 года назад +2

      Maybe. One of my go to moves is the bank shot. I'll literally skate behind the net to force the goalie to come to the other side, then bank it off them. Or if I catch them cheating off the post if I have a guy on the back door, I'll bank if off them.
      Every time I do, I hear "FUCK!!!" and then they swing their stick at something.
      My goalie friend told me it's the most frustrating thing for him (I've done it to him before when we played on different teams) because he feels like it was his fault.
      I'm sure this is up there. It might be the most. I guess a goalie would have to tell me which one is worse. I'm going to have to ask a goalie sometime.

    • @ojdidntdoit76
      @ojdidntdoit76 3 года назад

      @@darthollpheist1156 im a goalie, the no move goal is far worse bc it is way harder to pull off then bank shots, bank shots are super common, what kucherov does is straight embarrassing to us tendies

    • @darthollpheist1156
      @darthollpheist1156 3 года назад +1

      @@ojdidntdoit76 Actually, bank shots are really uncommon. You'll see some that weren't on purpose. Someone throwing the puck towards the net and it banking in is not the same thing.
      However, the no move dangle is crazy. And I could see that being more frustrating.
      But, you're wrong about purposeful bank shots being common.... and just to be clear, this isn't a slight on you, but if it's common for you, then you're not hugging the post correctly.

      @@darthollpheist1156 no ive had it happen once or twice ngl and im not talking ab me or even you, im talkin ab in nhl terms if you look up no move goals you’ll basically see pavel dastyuk and kucherov highlights , but bank shots are something that are extremely common compared to someone literally not shooting a puck on met at all and lettin it slide 5 hole, im not sayin bank shots are a every other game thing themselves im sayin compared to the kucherov move it is bc it is literally zero force behind it and all finesse with the puck gliding at approximately 2 mph

    • @ojdidntdoit76

      @@darthollpheist1156 and bank shots are bank shots, wether its on purpose or not, you just throw the puck at the net my dads a coach and he preaches this to his players, if i throw the puck at the net and it bounces off the goalie and goes in unintentionally or do it intentionally its all the same , its the kinda unlucky goal for a tendie thats the reality , theres no cool points for meaning to do it or not meaning to, im also not slighting you or arguing with u im js my pov, a puck beatin me at 2mph would always be the most embarrassing and frustrating thing, nothing would compare to that, its like askin a baseball player whats more annoyin striking out to a fastball or a change up, the change up is always gonna be more annoying bc u know at the major league level you can absolutely kill a ball coming in at 84-88, if it comes in at 98-100 atleast you can say the pitcher simply threw some gas your way
