I’m from the US and Bulgaria is my next travel destination so your videos are so helpful. I would be so wonderful if you could tell me how to get to Veliko Tarnovo from Plovdiv and how much did it cost you. Thank you so much in advance for sunny LA, Penny 🥰
Hi from Bulgaria! One more place you should definitely visit is Lovech!! So many things to see in the city and also caves, waterfalls and other nature wonders like 20 minutes by a car away from the city center!!
Hello! I highly recommend you to visit while you are still in Veliko Tarnovo, Samovodska Charshia Street! This is an area with traditional Bulgarian crafts and antique shops! Also, the Church of the Holy Forty Martyrs, located on the road to the left of the entrance to the Tsarevets Fortress, one kilometer away, just below the bridge over the Yantra River! This church has been restored, but you will see stone columns with covenants and events from various times and kings!
Make sure you visit the Capital of Thrace or Stara Zagora. A lot of neolithic and ancient artefacts can be seen there in a city with American type rectangular planning.
I honestly feel like the prices for tickets to go to see such sights has gone up a lot! Because a few years ago I don't remember the tickets being so expensive.
I lived in Veliko Tarnovo for 10 years. Ah, the memories... It holds a special place in my heart and always will.😍😍😍 Thank you for showing its unparalleled beauty for everyone to see. It deserves millions of visits. My dentist was on the other side of the Concorde Hotel. 😂
Hello from Bulgaria, you continue your journey through my country, so nice. You are so cute, so positive. Very professional videos, good drone shooting. You chose always the best places, not like most of the tourist who don't know good. Here very nice small restaurant, in Sofia "Moma" also was awesome. Great, love and hugs from Varna, Bulgaria. btw, did Kamenitsa or Zagorka paid you for making commercials in every video? You open the beer, very cold, in the super sunny lunch time.... Looks like a real commercial on TV 😄😄
I recommend you go to lino bar, the food there is really good and so are the drinks. And from the terrace you can see the monument konnitsite and the river iantra ( and i think that you can see tsarevets but im not really sure)

I liked your videos, glad you appreciated Veliko Tarnovo, but I'm saddened you just went to the most touristy places and didn't visit some of the other attractions worth visiting. For example, the art gallery behind the Asenevtsi monument with the sword, the Hadji Nikoli Inn - it's a restaurant and museum with very interesting exhibitions, the Konaka(ottoman prison for bulgarian revolutionaries) museum, the wax figures history museum, the old Varusha neighbourhood(great views and architecture), the Vladishki bridge, the Holy Forty Martyrs church which actually holds some of Bulgaria's most significant historical records and the remains of some of the great Khans of Bulgaria(before they were called tsars/kings). And of course Shtastlivetsa restaurant, I'd argue it's better than Concord :D
You should visit Shumen, town which is two hours by car from Veliko Turnovo, cuz in that city Bulgaria was founded in 681 and there are the first capitals of Bulgaria Pliska and Preslav - small villages next to Shumen.
