I talked to some guy on Facebook in the Tenpai Sangen Duelists group. I think it was you. Really liking the list and reasonings behind it I'm personally playing a board breaker version with 3 Thrust, 3 Book of Eclipse and 1 Called by. Thrust grabs Terraforming if you bricked. Eclipse dodges Imperm/Veiler, And Called by is Called by. Very crucial for Ash on Kaimen Again, I'm really liking your decklist idea. Congratulations for the top 10 btw 🔥🔥
Just exchange whatever was limited by Kashtria cards. Has worked so well. The Kash Cards force opponents to react and waste their hands traps and negates. Then throw Tenpai at them and win.
Have you considered redeyes dark metaldragon? You can banish your bestiales to trigger regained, also can special summon chundra directly from graveyard
DistantCoder has a fun deck using a minimal Tenpai engine in an otherwise Centurion-Horus deck. I was able to climb to Plat II with it. Honestly, it feels like the new Ban List could have been a LOT better.
@@enlongjones2394 typically I’m booking out blaster and ancient fairy dragon to get to the rank seven plus a little follow up if needed which is harder now. I’m still new to the game so forgive the lack of details but it typically starts with forcing a draw onto genroku, ancient fairy dragon popping either way where there’s a will or tenpai field spell (I play one fuuro for this specifically) to be up a stack then coping out Dora Dora for a sangenpai or blaster.
I won a bonanza box tournament with tenpai 😂 with the new list but my list was pure I only threw in set rotation, way where there's a will, and a destrudo! You now you just gotta play a little smarter
When the banlist came out and people said "Tenpai and Snake-Eye are dead. List is forcibly pushing the Crossover Breakers decks to be the best decks" I saw the list and thought "Tenpai and Snake-Eye are still fully playable. Tenpai just has to have far more things go right to be able to win and Snake-Eye just lost 3 of their 8 starters (Bonfire, Ash, Poplar, OSS/Diabellstar for OSS) so they're more just niche rogue strategies now which is fully deserved (especially for snake-eye, who were meta for a year with half of that being essentially a tier 0 format)" Also, Fiendpile was straight up not touched. They only need one Phantom to begin with as they play just enough Yubel cards to make an active Phantom. Format isn't just Ryzeal/Maliss Format, the majority of TCG players just lack creativity to be able to improvise. Tl;Dr: Snake-Eye and Tenpai were hit in a manner similar to Tearlament when they finally fell off to some degree. All three are playable still, but no one wants to because they don't know how to adapt to the hits.
My best idea could be to include Magna Dragon who’s a fire dragon but is a lv 2. I feel like you’ll need some way to summon something else to get to your ed monsters
Just curious on why you don’t run called by and crossout designator. I’m trying to adapt this for MD to try it out (especially for when they inevitably hit Tenpai on the banlist)
@@snoresx3 just rather have ham traps on those spots to stop ur opp since their most effective when u stack them up together while called by and cross out dont do much to established boards going second

Its a bit rough without the mulches. But I would replace them with the Kash engine and probably thrust and other board breakers. If there's a lot of malice at your locals you could also try phantazmay.

People say that the banlist ruined tenpai dragon, but it actually fixed it. Now I actually look at my opponent with respect when he plays the deck.

me personally i like running astrograph sorcer. it acts as another way to loop
