If you have the chance, can you try the Jabra evolve 20? It's a noise cancelling headphones as well.
While using it the light that is normally red and blinking stops I press the button and it's just red, I can't hear anything and Im not sure if my mic works can someone help?

Thank you sir for this review. I've been looking for a headset for my work from home set up these past few months, and I think this is the perfect one. Problem ko din po kase yung electric fan and other background noise dito sa bahay. Yes, it didn't cancel out the noise totally but sobrang clear ng kuha dun sa voice which is okay na din. Kudos sir. 👍🏻
Automatic na ba yung settings nya mag change pag lagay ng headset sa pc? I'm using different kind of headset kasi sa pc ko and it seems like di xa nag wowork.
I connected it to my Samsung S9 with type C-connector, I can hear music but can't hear anything in voice call. Is there a solution? 😔

Yes it supports Zoom Meetings as well as Google Meet. I was able to use them on both applications.

Excellent thorough review. I was close to buying these until I found your review. I think the noise cancelation performed rather poorly. While I didn't expect much in the outdoor environment, I did expect a little better performance in an office environment. I could clearly hear the female talking in the background and the fan noise didn't seem surpressed at all. Given the price, these are probably a decent buy, but don't meet my needs. I guess it never fails - you usually get what you pay for.

Voice clarity is excellent but noise cancellation is quite not good. In contrast to Java 20 the noise cancellation is way better but the voice quality is way behind the Logitech h390. Just my opinion😀

I just bought it today! Maybe if I would reduce the microphone volume it should work better.
Try going to the windows microphone settings via the sound settings, and adjust the microphone level.

Your sound is clear but the noise cancellation feature is not great, even fan sound was recorded...
The cancel feature is not that effective of course if the sound source is very close, i.e. animal and traffic noise. The electric fan sound could not be blocked completely. It is like a loud hiss. It is still disturbing.

Yup. Comfortable naman. Foam padded din kasi yung sa ears nya.

I agree that its not the best headset with noise cancellation but compared to other lower priced headset like the Logitech H150, the H390 is I think way better. Electric Fan noise on the H150 is really horrible, but with the H390, its very tolerable for those on the other side of the line... :-)

There are higher end Jabra headsets that are more effective in blocking noise but they are very expensive
I'm going to say I don't think you need to test this outside just inside rooms you use your computer ect.
This is for the people who lives beside busy streets/roads which doesn't have way to isolate sound coming from the outside. As a teacher, I have experienced this with some of my students, I can really hear those motorcycles, public jeepneys and animal sounds during online classes.

In addition, your wife can be heard clearly. The mic doesn't cancel it. The USB fan is very close and blows directly to your mic.
