Oh, an attack angle of -10°! That explains a lot. The ingame tutorial says -50°. That's probably why I always blew up in mid air when releasing.
the worst thing is that the last gate is in such a shitty position that u gotta go like -90 just to get through it
I know the feeling. The reason why I blow mid-air is actually bomb hitting me... the trick is not to deepen the dive when releasing, you have to be stable, patient, start with the reticle before the target and release when it goes over it and gently pull up. Really gently at first. I hope this helps.
!! This 3 year old comment is what i needed lol. It litterally says dive down at 50-60° but doesn’t proceed to tell you to level out at 10° before bombing. I too kept exploding both my wings off lol. Still having issues getting the LA confirmation in the HUD for some reason. Although it still lets me drop them and i do get hits sometimes. Never get the LA. Im like is mine just reading LA in russian or am i not at right altitude or what. Slowly but surely
Whats more is at bottom left HUD screen it does not say GND or 1p. It says some russian shit. Im not at cpu to see rn but its throwing me off and the training mode does say i should see GND. But its literally some russian letters iirc that and no LA was confusing me because 2 letter russian does pop up bottom center when im in range.
Update: it was LA in russian.. changed the language to english on the display and ive been getting the LA marker this whole time 😤 BOMBS AWAY!

first stage of flaps in the su 25 is maneuvering flaps and should be used exactly like they were in this video

Will the bombs not drop if you don't have the tail aligned in the circle reticle? I can't get the bombs to release in the training mission.
have a problem that I hope to solve.. I am trying to take off the plane from the runway through the keyboard + and - but the plane does not leave the final. Why.. Su-25TAnother problem when starting the engines shift + HOME the light of the engine ignition plates goes out... Is the engine running or off
Have same problem before.. I still don't know how to verticle lift..,but all planes just hit the throttle, and afterburner then just pull up..
Despite asking.. Nobody has told me how to drop bombs with su25 and a10..
I don't know how to take off vtol either.. Last time playing I,accidentally went vtol mid flight some how..
I,can't compete dogfights.. So I get them to chase me out of bounds.. Make them follow my loops.. = we both die = happy to take someone out any way possible! :)
Is there a minimum - maximum altitude or descent rate / angle of attack to be considered before releasing a bomb on Su-25t? I had experience with some bombs exploding on the air before landing on target, or even sometimes destroying the aircraft as well and could not figure out why.
Would be great if you had visuals of which keys you used to move between the different settings
The dispenser CBU's and those huge unguided penetrator rockets are my two favorite weapons on the Frog. Or, put all the cannon pods on, angle the barrels down to 45° so I can strafe level. Lots of fun that is.

I *think* it's because some pitot tubes (what measures the speed) don;t work below certain speeds. In this case 80km/h

Honestly, for a starter plane, I think the A-10A is easier than this... but I mean, it's kinda good this is more difficult than the A-10A BECAUSE it's the starter plane lol.

Made the trainings mission, did some separate training runs and I think, that I did most of the thinks right. But hitting?!?!?! Well, I guess I need more and more and more and more training

It might just be me but I suspect a lot of people will agree that the frog foot is probably one of the worst aircraft on the planet the canopy the metal pieces of the canopy block your vision so it’s difficult to fly from one navigation gate to another and the tutorials for bombing and everything else are some of the worst in the business that said the simulator itself seems great it’s just all these other pieces it make a simulator fantastic are missing and the lessons are terrible and they give you a terrible aircraft to practice
yeah I think either the F-86 or F-5E should be starter planes, at least from an American perspective. I simply would not have bought any modules if I did not pirate the F5E first.

I am having a beast of a time dealing with linebackers. Any tips? Flares seems to have little effect and the IR Jammer seems to be of little help. Is it bad technique or do I just have the wrong tool for the job?
