Rainy season here means everyday is sunny with big rain storms in the afternoon. Usually the rain hits between 4pm to 6pm. You should have many full days of sunshine. It also doesn’t rain everyday during rainy season.
Pat, please can you take us by Casa de Puente. It sets on the north Bank of the Cuale Rio behind and above Restaurante de Puente. This is an old home that was owned by Molly Muir before she passed. Thank you.
Nothing is really different during these regulations. There’s nothing to update because life is 100% normal here other than a few bars and clubs closed.
I am sad to hear that the bars and clubs are closed. I have plans to arrive on 08-20 thru 8-25, and this not what I was expecting. I called the hotel Almar and they state all is ok at their place. The pools and bars are open and so is Mantamar beach club. Any updates on that place?
Hola Pat...glad to see you enjoying Puerto Vallarta! Did I hear you right...u moved there? Do the airlines require you to be fully vaccinated? Viva Mexico and take care 🙏
Thank you!! Will be there for a wedding in about two weeks!! It’s going to be my first time there. Is it easy to travel around? I love taking pictures, especially of murals and beautiful architecture.
Was planning to go there in Mid November, but not so sure right not. I am holding off on booking air, or hotel. Very disappointing with COVID. I am guessing that pricing will improve for hotels if I wait a few months an book.
The Delta strain is here . The current regulations ARE working as the numbers of reported cases are heading downward . Like everywhere else , the people most affected are those unvaccinated . Hospital beds are are all full the last time i heard . But then , there are not that many to even begin with here . You can still enjoy town when you use common sense and use your mask and distance . The color of the bay water near the shoreline is brown due to the river runoff after rain storms . The beaches in town are never turquoise .... the water is too deep . But a beautiful dark blue until you get to the small jungle inlet beaches where the sandy bottom is shallow

How are you holding up after the storm?
My husband and I will be there on September 18 thru 26th. Do you think there will be any sunny days with it being rainy season?

Life looks so easy there. Relaxed and tranquil.
Still feels completely normal. Looks pretty normal too.
Do you need a vaccine passport to enter the country ot to access public life?
Thanks for the video. Do you know if things like snorkeling, zip line and ATV Tours are operating?
Yes, all of these things are open and running normally.
