As an owner of metric bikes in addition to HDs, I appreciate the hydraulic adjusters.... Valve adjustments have become such a PITA on bikes.... BUT of course any HD owner knows the quality of HD lifters, so I wouldn't necessarily say a trouble free system... I'm sure 20k lifter replacement is still the norm with these also....

I got 59K on my SGS and they are fine so far.
