I end up having to use rotary wire wheelss and cup brushes to get some of the light truck/work van/RV brakes done so that I could install the new shims and pads. Unfortunately, we don't have a blast cabinet in the truck/heavy equipment shop I work at.
Someday, when NAPA does become a sponsor, Eric will proudly announce, "This episode is brought to you by Napper, yes, Napper , a sponsor!" pretty sure you've taught me more than i learned in four years of high school shop class, Thanks !
I played Minecraft with my kids when they where into that game.
Saturday, Great Weather, had a barbecue, stuffed full and now an SMA Video for the evening on the couch.
Take care of yourself and keep up the nice work.
The ' EVIDENTLY YOU DON'T KNOW WHO I THINK I AM" crowd
Brake jobs and basic service videos are the best.
I say alot of crazy things myself when working on cars, it's almost common place, lol, Liked the vid
Thank you thank you thank you for what you do even a 65-year-old guy like me learns a lot about engines and everything that you do you're a really good teacher
today people are "lovers of their own selves". (2 timothy 3:2) i agree with your comments
Eric, don't ever feel like you aren't doing enough. Don't ever make apologies for getting frustrated with people. I don't even drive any of the cars I have watched you work on in this channel but have learned a volume in work ethic and how to do a job right. Thank you for your time.
I certainly appreciate that you take the time to bring us along, even on these "bread and butter" jobs. I'm sure running the camera doubles the time it takes to do these projects. Thank you for all the great content.
Don't underestimate the 'how NOT to' genre of RUclips videos. Wisdom eventually comes from the culmination of bad experience, over years. To accelerate that learning curve, let others entertain and show you what happens if you don't do things right. Great teachers like Eric adopt a work flow that avoids those entertaining mishaps, ha ha.
I could watch brake jobs, wheel bearings and suspension parts replacing all day long.
You are exactly right about the entitlement. It is out of control. God forbid if people had manners and respect for others. Keep up the great work.
Mr. Safety puts his seat belt on as he's traveling down the road.
I don't like doing brake jobs, but I love to watch your videos of *you* doing brake jobs!
Nice job. wondering what went on outside because I’m nosy like that lol sounded like someone dragging their exhaust down the street …
Maybe a quick quiz see who guesses correctly haha….
Lol, i was thinking another car dropped off and ran, with a note inside!
Just wanted to say I enjoy watching you work and I like when you track down electrical problems, keep up the good work I'm disabled and can't do it myself anymore!!!
put some fuel hose on the end of the vice grip jaws and clamp away :)
Another video of brilliant social...and mechanical commentary, Eric. We have become a people with wanton disregard for others. I have also noticed that fellas, and ladies, will talk right over those with whom I'm already speaking. Entitlement and narcissism are the problem.
"People piss me off." Yep, that's why I don't work on other people's vehicles!
Lol, my grandpa was a mechanic 1940 - 1980. NAPA was next door to his shop. He always gave them a hard time when they brought parts over. Awesome memories.
I agree with you Eric, people have lost their civility. Humans behaving badly.
I enjoy watching high fidelity mechanic work, including brake yobs.
I havent heard the Brake Kleen sound in so long, it kinda startled me, I'm not gonna lie!
The small rant was the best part of my day.
Yup, that's why I live in the woods. Hahaha you get more respect from the wildlife.
I work for $BIG CELLULAR PROVIDER. I work “behind the scene”. I’ve told my managers more than once “There’s a reason I work with equipment.”
A cup of coffee , watching an SMA brake job ( including brakleen ) , mornings looking better .
