I found this video a very helpful supplement to the written instructions. It took me about 3.5hours on my own to assemble the frame from start to finish. I currently have the frame on a 48"w x 24"d table, the frame base just fits, so my recommendation is to look for a minimum 60"w x 30"d table. Also, the top carriage is 32" deep plus additional quilting clearance is needed when quilting, so from back to front one should allow a minimum of 42" clear. All in all, I'm very excited to start quilting with my Cutie! Thanks for this video.
I’m dying to own this machine! It’s my BIRTHDAY this month & im saving everything from my extra bus drivers work to my second job as a coach driver to get this machine. I almost had the full amount last year & then STINKING COVID hit my accounts and wiped me out! Now to start all over again! Lord GRANT me this machine frame if it be your WILL for my LIFE!
not sure I would have purchased if I knew I would have to do all that assembling. Oh well it’s together. Thank goodness for this video. It could be improved and made a little longer with more detail. Such as the set screws.
Waiting on my Cutie Frame to arrive mid/late July 2021. Super excited! Will I be able to use my Brother SE1900 with the Frame? The Throat is approximately 7 inches. Thank you!
The set screws on the take up rails are tightened with the 2mm Allen wrench (NOT the 2.5mm as stated in this video at 4:06). Please correct this. It's very confusing!
I just realized I don't have a table that has the depth of 38" ( the minimum ) I wonder what table they are using it looks almost like an ikea but when I went on the ikea site I couldn't find one with a depth of 38"
I have a table from Home Depot. It is on wheels & is adjustable for height. It doubles as my cutting table. My husband is putting my together now & says it will fit. Now to figure out where to store it🤣
my carriage longer than the frame. the from wheels are riding on the table. All the pictures and written insructions show front and back wheels to be on the frame?
I am frustrated. I just bought a 19 pro and a cutie frame. The side to side movement is stiff, the machine drifts toward the front when released. The Grace Company has not been helpful. The videos don't have same rails. I can see where there is wearing on the rails.
Have you gotten any help with your problem? I am very new to the Cutie, but mine moves VERY smoothly. Is it possible you have something tightened too tight?
What in the crap? These are the worst directions out there. Too fast, my rails don't go all the way to each side, why? Only way is to put one rail with the skies and one rail with the hole to reach from side to side.

Ordered my Cutie last week and I will be watching this assembly video many times. Thank you!
Me too!😊
My husband helped me get my Cutie frame together this morning! After lunch I need to get the foot pedal attached then time to try it out!
Where did you get the foot pedal?

Outstanding gift for the wife or girlfriend

I am thinking the same thing
I am hoping I can get this once I get some money. This would work perfectly with my PQ1500s !

I went online and chatted with a representative. It’s easier than waiting for a reply . 😊

It would help if I could read replies to others questions. Why do you not share this with us?

When they sell these they should tell you how much you have to do to get it together. They do not tell you anything about this.
When will this frame be shipping? I ordered mine a while ago
