Why didn't you show how to put the FABRIC on the rails???? You just jumped right over to having the fabric already on! I would like to see how that's done. Thanks!

I was hoping to learn how much actual quilting area can be utilized based on the throat width/depth of my sewing machine. My machine has an 8” throat. How many inches will I be able to sew on once the Cutie is in the throat of my machine? How much of that 8” is lost to the Cutie frame? If I were to get a new machine, what is the optimum throat space for this Cutie frame?

The back bar of the cutie frame will only loose you about an 1.24 when it has a quilt clipped in. The size of your quilt rolled up on the back side of the frame is an additional factor. You will likely average a 6.5 inch quilting path each row with an 8 inch throat space. You can fit up to a 19 inch throat space on the Cutie frame...our Q'nique 19 series would optimize the frame. ;)

I got a cutie frame for Christmas, but I just got it put together and quilted my first quilt, but when I first put my machine on and clamped it down, one of my clamps broke. Can I purchase the clamps separately, and where would I do that?
