Mannnn… I seriously think that most poor countries are like that. I was just in Indonesia: Java island (Jakarta and Yogyakarta), Lombok and Bali. Arriving in Lombok was horrible. I was horribly harassed. There is a huge taxi m•afia going on in Lombok. The m•afia is worse in Bali. You will find the taxi m•afia in Canggu, Padangbai port, Bali airport, etc. The taxi m•afia hate internet taxis. I was also harassed at the Padangbai port. The local banned internet taxis from entering the village. I had to meet the internet taxi driver at a private garage. I think the pandem!c made the economic situation worse.
