    LIFX bulbs certainly get bright enough and produce a vivid green.

    They've got the pricing wrong
    That Philips Hue kit is nearer £209, not £135. Using the current prices on Amazon. They are using the latest Philip Hue 1100 lumen bulb so £54.99, Hue Sensor £34.99, Hue colour LED Strip £69.99. The Hue sensor also requires the Hue Hub to work so another £49.90
    I make that nearer £209

    Wouldn't touch Phillips hue with a barge pole. Way over expensive and so many better and cheaper options out there

    You have to leave wifi router on...that's quite a disadvantage. Who leaves their wifi on when they're not using it?
