Their is nothing wrong with this ship. The problem is with how people play. Most games the DDs go first then cruisers while the BBs sit in back and snipe. While the other team has BBs that push up with their cruisers and win the game
For me it is the best CA I ever had. Just need to learn how to play. You can now literally turn it into a DD got both concealment and you detection is now 7 Km. You can juke BB and DD real bad. Also it is best to stay alive as possible. Also it's armor is a lot better. Also get increase survivability.
This ship belongs in tier 7 if that. And unless you spend a lot of money on the game, the MM will hopelessly outclass you in multiple tier10 battles or pit you against tier 10 seal clubbers in tier 8 battles.

But that thing - I just didn't have a heart for it... Stock Pepsi is unplayable. Its visible from space and the turret traverse is measured in centuries. Don't let me start with the armor. Pepsi is my Tirpitz's favorite food.
oh seriously, fuck you. pepsi is an epic ship. i love that 2332 gun config. its got some range and the guns can fire fast and hit hard. maneuverability is great as well. i always get cits on cruisers.. just dont let them cit you back. whats wrong with her?

I liked USS New Orleans so much that I build her in Lego and Minecraft .
This needs to be updated now that New Orleans is a T7 Cruiser.
