Payoneer doesn’t charge a cent to transfer to jmd scotia account i have been using it a while now. It’s easy to use and the conversion rate is pretty decent . Think the last transfer I made of 100 I got 15000 and some change so call it 150 per usd

When you are creating the wise account do you select Jamaica or US as your country?
Unfortunately, wise isn't accepting new accounts from Jamaica.

You can, you have to deposit $20 USD on wise to see your account details. For Payoneer all you need is your account to be verified.
