Mario meets House of The Dead in the cutest way ever. An FPS where Mario shoots people with a gun. What a baffling curio. Insane that this was released six months before Doom. What a year for shooters!
I'd heard about this game all my life, but never had the chance to play it. Seeing it here, I wish I had. This looks like a lot of fun. Wish someone would make a VR game of it.
This game made me wanna get a super scope when I saw my friend play it. But as he was playing it, I learned about the ATROCIOUS battery life. It's very expensive to play this game with original hardware.
We engineered a rubber band around the power switch and shoulder thing to keep it switched off because the thing wouid click on if you breathed on it hard
I only saw this game played once when I was in 1st or 2nd grade, at someone's house....absolutely no idea who they were, whether it was a classmate or one of my parents friends houses, but i can picture what their living room and TV looked like and being blown away by the existence of this. I think they were the only person I ever even saw that owned a Super Scope
I don't care about the plot of the game, but this game is really awesome. I never had the Super Scope growing up, but would love to see this game and other games that the Super Scope supported on the Switch one day.
I must know. How were you able to play this via emulation without the Super Scope peripheral? This is one of many games that Nintendo will probably never re-release on their own so that more players can experience this game.

That only someone could be Nintendo. Let's hope against all odds.

rechargeable batteries
@@AAAAAAAAA1 I don't think those were around in the early 90s.

This game is actually pretty fun. Riding Yoshi while gunning down all of Bowser's minions is such a refreshing concept.
If only we could see more of jewelry land in future Mario games
This is one of my favorite Mario games. Unfortunately, it's very underrated.
They should remake the game.
They said the same thing about Mario RPG and look where are we at now!
Jewelry Land, ruled by King Fret and Prince Pine? I love when Nintendo expands on the lore of the Mario world, SMB3-style!
I wish yoshi's safari was on nintendo switch online snes but it requires a super scope
Shame on Nintendo for screwing Iggy out of this game in favor of fighting Lemmy twice.
Also, the final stage reminds me of Heat Man's level.
…I can’t tell if you’re joking, or if you legitimately didn’t know that Iggy used to have rainbow hair like Lemmy back then.
@@Xalerdane If that second instance was Iggy, where were his glasses?
@@johnsesia9050 Still on his face, if you look closely you’ll see them there after the robot squid is destroyed.
@@Xalerdane Okay, I see it now. My bad.
I remember I wanted to play this game soo bad but didn't have the gun for it lol
When Mario suddenly decided to become a light gun game.

Since super mario rpg got a remake I *wonder* this will too?
The first Mario game where Peach is called Peach

There should be a setting for mouse use
Emulators have the option to use the mouse pointer as the Super Scope.
Mouse
Same year as the crappy live action parody Mario movie
Hey I have a question I have all the accessories for this game and The aiming target is missing can you please help
I've got this game for my Super Nintendo, but I don't have a Superscope unfortunately.
Is it me or are they keep on rebooting these old games everyday now
I have this game on my Laptop
Alrighty then ❤😊
Nem sabia que isso existia
Played SNES9X
Is this a REAL Nintendo game??
Yes it is. I should know, I owned it once upon a time.
Very real. But it's only a game you could use with either the Super Scope peripheral, or the SNES mouse.
How do you still play this?
Cool
