Congratulations, Paul on your second year cancer free anniversary. Your videos got me through several years of Career Purgatory, and I'm forever grateful. I'm so looking forward to hearing about the cat technology of the future!
Two years cancer free--AWESOME!! Congratulations! Well done, Oscar, your purring vibrations have undoubtedly played a big part in your dad's recovery! 🐺🐱🐈 I look forward to your book, please let us know as soon as it's available! Long-distance hugs from Felix and his momcat.
I adopted my sweet kitty girl Whisper from Pet Smart! I had to be be pre-approved with a questionnaire and a telephone interview with the rescue that’s placed her. Good people there.
my dad showed me your engineer's guide to cats when i was like.. 15!! and now i'm an adult with my own cat! so glad your video showed up in my recommended today and congratulations on almost 2 years cancer free!!
So much good news on this cold (not Kansas-cold but still) and icky morning! So glad to hear about all of it but especially your health.
My hubby is one of them folks who is an animal magnet. We don't need to go to shelters. The pets come to us. We have 2 dogs who adopted us 4 years and oceans-apart. The first even moved with us from the US to our home now, 6500 miles away. The other one was our next door neighbor and she decided we are nicer parents so she moved in. And her humans were happy to officially hand her over. 🥰
Congratulations Paul! May you always stay healthy. 🥰 And, yes, adopt don't shop. Or like I do, rescue and adopt (so far) 6 feral cats that have shown up by my house. And viewers, don't be afraid of the FIV positives. My Alex (RIP) was and even though he only lived for a little over 3 years inside, he knew he was loved so much. And he never thought about biting his little sister. Sorry, I'm rambling. Paul, love ya and your videos for years. 😍😻
Congratulations ❣ Your purpose helps so many others, like me. Thank you!! 😺
Great news Paul! My prayers for your continued good health. There is nothing sweeter than the sounds of a snoring cat... Sublime. 💗🐈
So happy to hear! ❤You and TJ are amazing people 😀
Oh my gosh! There were ads! Yea!! Congratulations on your good news of being cancer free! That's awesome. And thank you for showing Oscar and his adorable snores. Precious.
Congrats on cancer free scan!!!! Yaaaaaaaaay~ So much love and support from the PNW!
Congratulations on the clear PET scan. I know how much that means. I’ve had active Stage IV cancer for 11 years, and every 3 months I’ve had a scan. More than 40 scans. Hope you have many more clear scans.
I am really happy for your good health results. May it continue for many, many years.
Congratulations on being cancer free! I'll pray for to continue to stay that way. And as soon ad you book comes out, I'm buying it!
I understand that hopeful attitude and how nervous you feel with those cancer scans. I too am a cancer survivor. In my case it was Kidney cancer, something that does not respond to chemotherapy. Lost a chunk of my right kidney. It's been 6 years for me, and I still get a yearly scan. I for one am rooting for you.
FIV+ kitties can live with kitties that don’t have the disease so long as they don’t roughhouse or make each other bleed.
Yes thank you good point!
🎉🎊Congrats on two years cancer free!🎉🎊 Snoring kitties crack me up. Thanks for sharing yours.
I'm so happy for you Paul!
Needed some good news in this miserable world around us right now. I'm so glad to hear all of it.
BLESS YOU PAUL - PRAYING OVER AND DECLARING YOUR CONTINUED HEALING !😇 ...BLESS YOU TOO OSCAR! - FROM THE UK.
Thanks soooo much for sharing the very good news about being cancer free. That’s fantastic. ❤
Looking forward to more info in cat technology. My cat has excellent headlights, btw … especially when glowing bright red in the darkness. He’s a black kitty and only his headlights are visible after dark. 😸
Stay strong, Paul. We love you, TJ and the kitties.
Yay good news. I'm loving the Oscar snores!
Happy day! Congratulations on your 2nd cancer-free year, and so glad to hear there is more fun in the works. And a book, too! (Poor TJ)
Give Oscar hugs for me when he wakes up. ❤
Congrats on being cancer-free for two years now. That's great news!
God bless you Paul. I'm so happy to hear you are cancer free. I pray you will stay free of cancer. You've really helped me with your cat videos, especially over this Christmas.
So wonderful to hear that good news!
I am truly glad to hear that your test came back clear. I'm also super excited for the prospects of purchasing a Cat Engineers book. Best wishes to you and yours. Stay well, my friend.
All three of my cats were rescue/shelter returns. One was returned multiple times, and is terrified of cat carriers. Also, a lot of independent and/or small chain pet stores will sponsor adoptions from shelters/rescue groups.
Poor girl! Thank you for giving her a loving home.
Mew are the good news Paul! Its mew! Good to hear you are still cancer free. Love and best wishes from me and my rescue cat Nevaeh 🐾 ❤
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! 💙 💙 💙 💙
Wonderful news, Paul!
I and my 3 adopted, snoring furballs are beyond thrilled to hear that you are still cancer-free!!! I can't wait for the book. TJ's chapter is downright hilarious! I know I'll have to read it over and over again! LOL! I also know that the Cat Technology of the Future video is gonna be well worth the wait! Best wishes and love to you, Oscar, TJ, and all those kitties waiting for their furever homes
Can totally relate; I have an autoimmune disease and waiting can be very nerve wracking! Also I worked in a shelter, these kitties need homes!
Great news! And I love the end with Oscar! How do cats do those kinds of positions? 😂😂
Congrats
I had no idea. I'm glad to hear you're well. I miss your face.
Wonderful news!
So proud of you!
Excited for the book! ❤
Congratulations on your health, ive been a subscriber for many years and im so happy to hear that you have overcome this challenge
w00t!
Happy Anniversary! Lovely news - may you continue in health! This next Thanksgiving could really be filled with gratitude! 😻
Still cancer free = YAY!!!
🤞🤞🤞 For your 3 yr check!
Oscar sleeping and snoring = AWWWW!! 😽😽😽😽😽
(Either this was done during the arctic blast or your heat isn't working... Or maybe that's your thinking cap?)
A few days ago, I was finally able to record Mister Bubbington (from the city animal shelter) snoring on the back of the couch.
You're awesome
😺👏
PETCO also supports our local shelters, in Pocatello, ID
‘Sn -snx” Too good
That's good news! Hope you stay healthy and well. Thank you for all the work you do helping kitties find their forever home.
Wonderful cancer-free news Paul 👍🎉🥳
Sweet William the Furst ❤
I can't believe it's been almost a decade since your first engineer's video came out!
Keeping up with supporting pet charities is great, our little town has such a tiny shelter that if I ever win the lottery, I'm going to give them a good makeover/new building!
My Leo is still going strong, he's around 18 years old now and almost went over the rainbow bridge a few months back, but I fed him in bed for about 3 days and he slowly came back to me. 😊
That is excellent news, Paul. I'm wishing you continued success on all fronts!
Wonderful news! Looking forward to the video and the book.
OMG, kitty snores are the sweetest things in the world (almost). All the best to you and Oscar.
What great news!!! I'm so glad!!!! Praying for you!
Happy for all your good news, for the comforting sounds of Oscar's snoring, and for many more blessings for you to come.
All great news! Stay strong and well. Myself, through multiple miracles and daily shxx-ton of personal hard work, I have survived now into my early 70s, having fought he big C in different areas, 5X since the my first -- at age 10; another at 12,' ovarian at 29, and two more after 40; and one of those was over my right eye, close to the brain. Surgeries have been my only method because having been exposed to a plethora of toxic chemicals in a career as research chemist and corporations treating employees like disposable dixie cups, chemo is not an option, as chemical exposures since the 1980s are in themselves lethal for me. Hugs to sweet Oscar amd all your kitty friends. Thank you for your creative videos and for caring for those who have no voice of their own.
You are a true warrior! And here I am in a panic for the possibility of cancer only a second time. I will remember this comment and draw strength if I ever have to do cancer again. You are a true inspiration. All the love and energy to you from me and Oscar kitty.
@@RUclipsCatEngineer ha, if I only encourage by those I rarely share my with, that they depart thinking -- well, at least I don't have HER life! LOL You certainly have more than a few purposes to drive you forward. One of mine was my commitments to the animals to caring for to the end of their natural lives, so I HAD to live at least one more day than the last of them [and there have been many since 1975, average age living to 18 yrs with all being special needs. Guess they did so well once finding this house -- modified for my many special needs to keep me alive since 1983. Keep moving forward, Paul. We all need you.
Made my morning. Things are difficult here. Taking my kitty to be buried tomorrow-heading up the bush so that when she’s buried, no developers can rip her up- she gets a chance to become the land and plants (putting a Jacaranda tree on top of her. Gettin there. But you’ve made my morning with the cancer -free diagnosis. Im Delighted. And “cats have invented, among other things…….broken headlights “. Killin me. Looking forward to that. All the very best mate, from the Melbourne Australia contingent
so sorry to hear the sad news about your fur baby... 💜
Thank you Eileen. We were together 19 years. Its like a car crash. The longer you’re together the more one you become. All the best to you. And Paul’s diagnosis has cheered me in. Life is do fragile- I’m finally getting that.
I'm so sorry Susan. Thanks for giving your kitty the best possible life. Kitty knows you love her.
@@susanmcdonald-timms3202 yes... i hate that lesson so much. big hugs for this awful time.
I'm so sorry for your loss..🫂
I am very happy to hear the good news! Thank you for sharing 😺
super good news! was just wondering about that this morning. yes, purpose is good for coping with life. your purpose sends out many ripples of smiles and healing. the teaser on cat technology already had me laughing out loud (no, really)! can't wait!
So happy for the good report! Sending prayers and best wishes for full and complete forever recovery. Thanks for the videos and also for the reminders about all the lovely kitties in shelters, waiting for homes. My own adorable rescue, Polly, would like to enter a snoring competition with Oscar. Looking forward to the new video and also to the book!
I am so sorry that you have to be concerned with bills when you are busy trying to get better. At the very least some sort of fallback medical coverage that kicks in for such serious health problems. #universalcoverage
I was diagnosed October 2016..... got about 4 years of meds left till they say I am safe.
Keep up the good work!Best wishes for your lifelong recovery - from Australia
Congratulations on your 2 year cancer free anniversary!!!
Good night Oscar
Wonderful news, Paul!! Thank you for the updates and the kitty snores... Your videos bring me such joy :)
Cancer free gang! Woohoo!!! I'm so happy you are still here and uploading videos, I love you in parasocial sweet ways
Congratulations on the good news, man!
Fellow Wichitan here. Just curious, which local group do you work with/recommend? Always looking for worthy causes to volunteer with and donate to.
Great to hear that you’re doing so well. I love the Oscar snores
So pleased to hear you're cancer free. May it always be so. Your videos are brilliant though there's something poignant now there's only Oscar. Keep him and you safe and well. X
😻🥰😻🥰😻🥰😻
A clean PET scan is great news!!! Congratulations!!! 🎉🥳🐈🧶
Let's hear it for November -- stay healthy and happy -- xoxo
'14... when that instructor used it for a "Flawed Search" module it was a brand new video... and "librarian" was still a degree.
Congratulations 🎉!!!!
Number 1: I just had a recent pet scan, and I found Oscar within a minute.
Congratulations!👏
I'll also attest that PetSmart is a good place to adopt. A friend of mine in the metro Detroit area fosters kitties, most of whom were feral kittens until rounded up. They keep the kittens, get them their shots and spaying/neutering, play with them (or course), socialize them, and eventually PetSmart puts them up for a good home.
😊😊😊❤
I just lost a good friend and bandmate to cancer yesterday. So glad you're beating it.
I'm so sorry. Cancer sucks. :(
FOUR good news. -you forgot that extraordinarily stylish hat
Still cancer free is fantastic news! 🎉🥳🎉 I wish you many, many years of continued good health!
