Must admit, was very surprised not to seen Fire Emblem Path of Radiance on this list or Mario Kart Double Dash. I agree Melee is a iconic exclusive for the GC that was quite a system seller. I spent to many hours playing through Adventure mode as well!
I must admit, I was never big into the Fire Emblem series back then, so I couldn’t add it into my list based on personal experiences. Funny enough though, Roy was one of my main characters in Smash Bros Melee lol. Smash Bros Melee’s Adventure Mode is brilliant and I truly wish they’d bring that mode back in Ultimate or a future Smash Bros game. Now, Mario Kart Double Dash, I have to be brutally honest, was the one Mario Kart game I did not enjoy. There was just something that never clicked with me with that game, but I also came from Mario Kart 64 that I played to no end, and I felt Double Dash never reached the same level of enjoyment. The tracks were cool, and the partner system was an interesting twist, but there was something about the feel of the mechanics that felt off.
Eternal Darkness was such an experience. I still can hear the “This isn’t really happening!” Screams of my character slowly going insane. The atmosphere was amazing. I just got a GameCube again after having sold mine back in 2005 and it is definitely one of the games I will replay.

Nice! Yeah MGS The Twin Snakes is a good one. Eternal Darkness has only had a single game, which is a shame cause it was outstanding. Along with super monkey ball 1 and 2 (which were made by the exact same studio as this game) I feel this game has aged the best out of any game in the GC library that I’ve played.
