Lost Kingdom I & II should be mentioned more when it comes to the multiple card-based RPG franchises on the Gamecube. Odama is lowkey an amazing game, too. One of the best Gamecube exclusives, imo.
No mention of Wave Race Blue Storm? It's an underrated Wave Race game, and I remember getting my arse kicked after struggling to get many first place finishes on the Hard Championship. What was Nintendo even thinking on the difficulty part?
Nice I've heard that Ultimate Hulk is a great game. (Also lots of the Marvel DS games are good metroidvanias). In the same vein I've heard that King Kong The Movie the Game for GC is good and overlooked.
Was hoping to see Gotcha Force on this list! I spent hundreds of hours playing that game for some reason. The soundtrack, art style, and unlockable toys kept me coming back for several years as a kid. It would probably take over a hundred playthroughs to unlock all the toys. Having to fight these sick toys play through after playthrough and then finally unlocking and playing as them was sick.
@@Doctorithm Greetings, cultured GCN brother! Hope you enjoy the capabilities of the fine console! 👊 Devs ported GTA3 to the Dreamcast.. I wish there would be some good full game homebrew GameCube ports. ☺️
I'm going to toss out Amazing Island. It's an average game, not broken, not great, just good. However the Creature maker is very robust at the time--4 years before Spore--and it has real boppin tunes from the Sega masters of Yuzo Koshiro (Ys, ActRaiser) and Motohiro Kawashima (Streets of Rage).
@@CulturedVultures can't bro. It's too legit of a statement. He just doesn't stack up. He's probably cooler than the chibi versions of mega man and chibi Gundams. I absolutely hated all of those. But he's certainly pretty far below a Banjo Kazooie as far as the character's overall "coolness"
You're British, but all your B-roll is from American pop culture. It's extremely jarring. To be honest, the addition of the B-roll just distracts from the video. I would recommend brushing up on your editing skills.
Hulk and prototype have so many simmilarities in design. Love the both games btw

Odama! Yes!
Ikaruga is missing here too.
@@shinra2755 Also good
I loved Lost Kingdoms. I know it's unlikely but I hope there'll be a third LK one day.
@@ramonalavigne8953 same. Lmao. It's such a unique game, right?
Baten Kaitos duology gets remastered. Remaster is written on the box.
Too many RUclipsrs: "ported"
😢

love Wave Race! we mentioned it in a similar list around this time
What? Baten Kaitos is one of the most famous games on the Gamecube...

I've heard it's good!
Hell yeah! Any chance you have it and are selling? Would be interested in purchasing depending on condition
GameCube in 2024 is *ULTRA CULTURED*
Greetings, my ultra cultured brothers

Just got mine back and playing.
Gamecube time with the Vultures
Best gaming channel on RUclips.
Geist. Gotta put Geist on this list
Could be cool if thay started making new games for retro consoles
lolllll
Battalion Wars was a great game! I hope you give it a shout out in the future!
Just in time for GameCube retro achievements ✌️✌️

Who is on the thumbnail? Looks so familiar!
I’ve played maybe 2 hours of non-Smash GameCube in my life, so I got nothing.
That was my late brother lol
Apparently I completely slept on Disney Sports Soccer
Hulk was my first ps2 game amazing game
If it was made in 202x
"We will MAKE YOU like Bruce Banner stealth sections"
actually that would be an alternate dimension 202x, seeing how Bruce is... Bruce.
The problem with Billy Hatcher is that he just isn't a cool character.
The gameplay looks great though!
you TAKE THAT BACK
Also the game is super hard. You have to traverse that 10 min (pyramid) level near perfectly before you can get another egg if it cracks. @_@

Metal arms glitch in the system
1$T (everyone cares, I'm sure).

Congratulation
Hell yeah
I don’t know about that giant game, it looks a little too slow and gimmicky to ever be rereleased.

Ok!
